A typical post picks up 126 interactions against 750K followers, an engagement rate of 0.017%. Measured over 53 original posts, its engagement rate beats 41% of 20,444 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 2.2K times each, and 5.81% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 0.289% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 3.6 posts a day over the last 30 days, with activity on almost every day in the window. Most posts go out around 15:00 UTC, and Tuesday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 53 posts sampled, 77% carry an image or video, 13% are part of a thread and 26% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 4.9K interactions, about 39x its own typical post. Recurring topics include #daughterslove, #votechori.

Compared with accounts its own size

Ajay Maken's engagement rate beats 41% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (20,444 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 10 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.

On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 92% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0.017%, Ajay Maken sits above the 10th percentile of the 204,956 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the bottom 25% band, which runs below 0.024%.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

The day after LOP Sh. @RahulGandhi ji’s bold Press Conference demanding that BJP workers be prosecuted for the 'purification’ done after Kharge ji's rally, the Uttarakhand Police has filed an FIR against Rahul ji himself! This is nothing but the pot calling the kettle black! What is worse, the BJP has actually jumped in to defend this abhorrently casteist behaviour - showing to the entire world that they are the biggest perpetrators of social injustice today. They are willing to put the entire might of the state to attack those who speak against Dalit atrocities. What the BJP has done is to attack the values of social justice enshrined in the Constitution, and the Congress will fight against this attack tooth and nail. We will not rest until the true culprits of the insult to Kharge ji are punished, and this frivolous FIR against Rahul ji is thrown in the dustbin. This evening, Congress workers across the country will be on the streets demanding prosecution of the BJP leaders who insulted Kharge ji and to defend our Constitution against the BJP's assault on its values of social justice.

The Bar Council of India, a statutory body headed by a sitting BJP MP, has passed an order preventing an entire graduating batch of NALSAR from enrolling as advocates merely because some students exercised their right to dissent. This is vindictive, arbitrary, illegal and wholly unacceptable. A statutory body cannot be permitted to wield its powers as an instrument of political retaliation. Punishing hundreds of young graduates and threatening their careers for expressing an opinion strikes at the very foundations of our democracy. The BCI must withdraw this directive immediately.

    Nine hundred and ninety nine ordinary passenger trains have been withdrawn. These were the cheapest trains on Indian Railways, and the only ones a person could board without a reservation. That is what made them the trains of the worker and the farmer and the student and the patient, because illness and work and examinations rarely give a week of notice. Mail and express trains were added over the same years, so the railway did not shrink. What shrank is the part of it an ordinary family could afford. Total passengers fell from 839.7 crore in 2013-14 to 729.3 crore in 2024-25, which is 110 crore fewer journeys and a fall of 13.2 per cent, in a country whose population grew throughout. Nobody chose a costlier ticket. Their train was taken away. The railway belongs to everyone. Bring back the ordinary passenger trains.

5 जुलाई 2019 को लोकसभा में, बजट भाषण के पैरा 126 में, वित्त मंत्री ने कहा था: "no charges or Merchant Discount Rate shall be imposed on customers as well as merchants." Payment and Settlement Systems Act, Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, धारा 10A, Taxation and Other Laws (Amendment) Act, 2026 से संशोधित।

What is Ajay Maken's engagement rate on X?
Ajay Maken (@ajaymaken) has an engagement rate of 0.017%, based on the median interactions across 53 original posts from the last 30 days against 749,990 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
Is that a good engagement rate?
At 0.017%, Ajay Maken sits above the 10th percentile of the 204,956 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
Does @ajaymaken have real engagement?
Its engagement rate beats 41% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (20,444 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
When does @ajaymaken post?
Most posts go out around 15:00 UTC, and Tuesday is its busiest day, at roughly 3.6 posts per day across the measured window.
