Early reading. We have captured 1 original post for this account, below the 8 we require before treating a median as settled. The numbers above describe what we have seen so far, not a finished profile of the account.

A typical post picks up 0 interactions against 99K followers, an engagement rate of 0%. Posts are seen about 1.2K times each, and 0% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 1.25% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.03 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 3% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 13:00 UTC, and Tuesday is the busiest day of the week. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 13K interactions. Only 1 original post have been captured so far, fewer than the 8 posts we want behind a median before treating it as settled. Read the figures above as an early measurement of this account, not as a finished profile of it.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0%, Aegean sits below the 10th percentile of the 205,582 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the bottom 25% band, which runs below 0.024%.

Engagement rate as a share of followers, across the 205,582 accounts we have scanned enough to measure. The axis is logarithmic, because the top and bottom of this population are about 22,893 times apart and a linear axis would flatten everything below the median into a single point.

Posting timing

This account posts most often around 13:00 UTC, and Tuesday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

  • 0% of this account's sampled posts carry an image or video. Across the catalog, posts with an image or video run 111% above the same accounts' other posts.
  • 0% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts.
  • Its average post runs 2 characters, which falls in the under 80 characters band. Across the catalog, posts under 80 characters run 8% below the same accounts' other posts.

These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

Given recent events, I think now might be a good time for someone to launch a dark pool perp DEX. I have always been puzzled with the fact that everyone can see your orders in real-time on a DEX. The problem is worse on a perp DEX where there are liquidations. Even with a CEX order book, where orders aren't linked to a specific individual, if you're looking to purchase $1 billion worth of a coin, you generally wouldn't want others to notice your order until it's completed. Otherwise, people might try to buy before you, effectively front-running you. In the case of a DEX, this can lead to MEV attacks. This results in increased slippage, worse prices, and higher costs for you. For this reason, the large traders in TradFi use dark pools, which are often 10 times bigger than the “lit pools" (ie, normal orderbooks). For perps (or futures), it is even more important to not let others know/see your orders. If others can see your liquidation point, they could try to push the market to liquidate you. Even if you got a billion dollars, others can gang up on you. This was possibly what we have seen recently. The counter argument I have seen is that being more transparent allows market makers to absorb your large orders. This is possibly true. I won’t get into an argument on which is right or wrong. Different traders may prefer different types of markets. Now might be a good opportunity for someone to launch an on-chain dark pool style DEX + perps, either by not showing the orderbook, or even better not showing deposits into smart contracts at all, or until much later. This should be doable with ZK or similar encryptions. Just a Sunday idea. If you are building such a project, feel free to reach me on https://t.co/ITLXkxVNyN. No guarantees I will invest, or even reply. 🙏

Privacy has returned to the spotlight in crypto. Privacy is trending once again in crypto. Most privacy projects, like Monero and ZCash offer deep anonymity. But they face barriers on CEX's and regulations by not being MiCA compliant. $SAL | @salvium_io aims to change that. Salvium is the first Layer 1 PoW privacy blockchain built with MiCA compliance in mind. It combines the battle-tested cryptography of Monero with a regulatory-aware design that aims to keep it listed and accessible. This is done without compromising user privacy. Its goal? To create a compliant private DeFi ecosystem and offering things like: • Private lending & borrowing • On-chain staking (already live) • Leveraged trading • Yield and treasury transparency • And even private smart contracts in the roadmap Two weeks after its launch on MEXC, it’s trading around $2M market cap with a gradual increase in volume. Price-wise, it’s forming a round bottom structure, a pattern often seen before trend reversals. Currently sits around 6X potential for All Time High. The core team is doxxed, and development is active. That gives it a different feel from many anonymous privacy projects. And while retail attention is still light, the positioning is deliberate: • Regulatory-ready • Feature-rich • Rooted in PoW security What's your take on $SAL as an early project in privacy? 👇

$SAL is starting to make real noise and it’s still early. With less than $3M market cap and a breakout underway, this one feels like a rare low-cap play with actual innovation under the hood. 🟢Privacy + Compliance 🟢Native staking with 20% block rewards 🟢DeFi-ready with smart contracts + unique tech like TI & AT 🟢Live on MEXC: liquidity is here It’s not often you find a CryptoNote-based chain bringing real programmable privacy and bridging to Ethereum dApps. The @salvium_io show might just be getting started. Don’t fade it. #Salvium #Privacy #SAL

There will be a point in your life, when everything makes no sense except killing yourself, then you will get to the point, killing yourself is just another way to make sense to your surroundings, then you will realize, there is no point in living, except the point you decide to make.
