Measured over 2 original posts from a 30-day window, last computed on October 19, 2026.
Engagement
Early reading. We have captured 2 original posts for this account, below the 8 we require before treating a median as settled. The numbers above describe what we have seen so far, not a finished profile of the account.
A typical post picks up 85 interactions against 508K followers, an engagement rate of 0.017%. Posts are seen about 13K times each, and 0.679% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 2.46% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.07 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 7% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 15:00 UTC, and Friday is the busiest day of the week. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 3.7K interactions, about 43x its own typical post. Only 2 original posts have been captured so far, fewer than the 8 posts we want behind a median before treating it as settled. Read the figures above as an early measurement of this account, not as a finished profile of it.

Formats this account uses
Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.
| Format | This account | Catalog effect | 95% interval | Accounts behind it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Image or video | 0% of posts | +111% | +108% to +115% | 34K |
| Outbound link | 0% of posts | -41% | -42% to -40% | 32K |
| Typical length | - | +15% | +14% to +16% | 32K |
- 0% of this account's sampled posts carry an image or video. Across the catalog, posts with an image or video run 111% above the same accounts' other posts.
- 0% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts.
- Its average post runs 606 characters, which falls in the over 280 characters band. Across the catalog, posts over 280 characters run 15% above the same accounts' other posts.
These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

Today @FaustiOro is seemingly just a boy. He learned chess at his kitchen table during the pandemic. Five years later, he is a Grandmaster — the second-youngest in the history of our sport. Argentina has produced another twelve-year-old the world will be watching for the next twenty. @leomessi knows the feeling. Congratulations, Fausti. Congratulations, Argentina @JMilei 🇦🇷

♟ The FIDE Council has approved a series of significant changes to the format of the 2027 FIDE World Cup and the 2027 FIDE Women’s World Cup, following recommendations from the Global Strategy Commission. Beginning in 2027, both World Cups will be played over 19 days and will consist of two distinct stages. ▪️Stage 1: Swiss qualification The opening stage will consist of Swiss-system tournaments played with a Fast Classical time control of 45 minutes plus a 30-second increment per move. The FIDE World Cup will feature four Swiss pools, while the FIDE Women’s World Cup will be divided into two Swiss pools. Each Swiss tournament will be played over nine rounds across five days, with the pools balanced to ensure comparable playing strength. The leading players from each pool will advance to the knockout stage: – FIDE World Cup: Top four players from each of the four pools (16 players total) – FIDE Women’s World Cup: Top eight players from each of the two pools (16 players total) ▪️Stage 2: Knockout finals The second stage will retain the traditional knockout. The Round of 16, quarterfinals, semifinals, and final will be played using the existing World Cup format and classical time controls. Read more: https://t.co/oUf9ySNGe0 #FIDEWorldCup

A truly double delight for chess lovers. Today is World Chess Day, and the All India Chess Federation (AICF) is pleased to release the another instalment of quarterly stipends, ranging from ₹60,000 to ₹1,50,000, totalling ₹42,30,000, to 42 top players across the U7 to U19 categories (Open and Girls), based on their performances in the 2024 National Championships. This is the first time in the history of Indian chess that our players and prodigies are receiving such financial support, so they do not have to give up their passion due to financial constraints. These stipends will support their coaching and travel needs, enabling them to compete globally and pursue higher goals with confidence. This is part of AICF's ambitious plan to create a robust ecosystem for chess in India, inspired by the vision of Aadarniya Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji to empower and encourage athletes at the grassroots. If chess is your dream, chase it. We are with you. @narendramodi @mansukhmandviya @FIDE_chess @advorkovich @PMOIndia @IndiaSports @Media_SAI @aicfchess

♟ Eight years ago, I committed to building a stronger, fairer, global FIDE. Serving as the president of FIDE for the past eight years has been an exceptional honour. Together, we have strengthened FIDE, significantly expanded and improved global events and invested more in children’s chess, women’s competitions, senior chess, education and social programmes. But this is not the endpoint. It is the foundation. That is why today I am announcing that I will seek another term as President of the International Chess Federation. Every federation deserves opportunities to grow, with support tailored to its needs and circumstances. Every player and chess enthusiast deserves a place in our global chess family. Every move counts. Everyone matters. #Dvorkovich2026 #DvorkovichTeam

Dear FIDE friends, family members and colleagues! Dear players, arbiters, organisers and many more chess lovers and professionals! Eight years ago I was elected as FIDE president. It has been a big honor, a huge challenge and a real pleasure to serve FIDE throught this period full of intensive chess life. I thank our team for all the success stories we had. I thank all chess federations - both experienced and new ones - for moving chess forward out of the woods together. Anything we could not achieve is on me. But I firmly believe that it has been a positive time for us and our chess family is more prosperous now than ever. And we have laid a foundation for even brighter future. It is a day for a new team to take over and I am confident in their ability to do even better. Chess will continue to bring joy, build bridges and make people around the world skillful and happier. I will be around. Gens Una Sumus. Yours, Arkady Dvorkovich
