#تقرير | النيابة العامة السعودية طالبت بإعدام العالم المحدث د.عبد العزيز الطريفي أعربت منظمة القسط لحقوق الإنسان @ALQST_ORG عن قلقها إزاء معلومات تفيد بأن النيابة العامة السعودية طالبت بإعدام العالم والمحدّث الشيخ #عبدالعزيز_الطريفي، المحتجز منذ سنوات في سجن الحائر، وسط غياب معلومات واضحة بشأن آخر تطورات قضيته أو ما إذا كانت النيابة لا تزال متمسكة بطلب الإعدام. وقالت المنظمة إن الطريفي، وهو من أبرز العلماء الإسلاميين المستقلين في السعودية، معتبرة أن الغموض المحيط بقضيته يثير مخاوف جدية بشأن مصيره، خصوصًا في ظل تصاعد اللجوء إلى عقوبة الإعدام في السعودية. وكانت السلطات السعودية قد اعتقلت الطريفي في أواخر أبريل 2016، عقب منشورات على الإنترنت انتقد فيها بعض الممارسات المخالفة للدين. وجاء اعتقاله في سياق حملة طالت عددًا من العلماء الإسلاميين، بينهم محمد الحضيف وحسين الراضي و #سليمان_الدويش. ومنذ اعتقاله، لم تتوافر معلومات كافية وموثوقة عن تفاصيل القضية والإجراءات القضائية المتخذة بحقه، وهو ما تقول القسط إنه يعكس، على حد تعبيرها، حالة انعدام الشفافية التي تحيط بعمليات الاحتجاز والمحاكمات في السعودية. وتربط القسط مخاوفها بشأن مصير الطريفي بالارتفاع الكبير في معدلات تنفيذ أحكام الإعدام في السعودية. ووفق المنظمة، نفذت السلطات 345 عملية إعدام خلال عام 2024، و356 عملية خلال عام 2025، في أعلى حصيلة مسجلة بحسب بياناتها. وتشير المنظمة إلى أن غالبية عمليات الإعدام خلال هذه الفترة ارتبطت بجرائم مخدرات غير مميتة، فيما نُفذت أحكام أخرى على خلفية قضايا صنفتها السلطات ضمن جرائم "الإرهاب". وترى القسط أن التعريف الواسع والفضفاض للإرهاب في التشريعات السعودية يمكن أن يشمل أفعالًا لا تنطوي على استخدام العنف. وتستشهد المنظمة بقضية الصحفي السعودي #تركي_الجاسر، الذي أُعدم في 14 يونيو 2025 على خلفية اتهامات مرتبطة بما وصفته السلطات بجرائم "إرهابية"، بينها "الخيانة العظمى". وترى القسط أن غياب التفاصيل الكافية حول القضية يثير تساؤلات بشأن مدى استخدام قوانين مكافحة الإرهاب لملاحقة المعارضين أو المنتقدين بصورة سلمية. وتأتي قضية الطريفي في وقت لا تزال فيه قضايا عدد من العلماء السعوديين، ومن بينهم الداعية د. #سلمان_العودة و #حسن_فرحان_المالكي، عالقة أمام القضاء، فيما تقول القسط إن النيابة العامة تطالب أيضًا بإعدامهما استنادًا إلى مجموعة من الاتهامات التي تصفها المنظمة بأنها غامضة وواسعة الصياغة. وبحسب المنظمة، فإن العودة والمالكي محتجزان منذ سبتمبر 2017، بينما لا تزال محاكماتهما متعثرة وممتدة لأسباب غير معلنة. وفي ختام موقفها، دعت القسط السلطات السعودية إلى إسقاط جميع التهم الموجهة إلى د.عبد العزيز الطريفي والإفراج عنه فورًا ومن دون شروط، إلى جانب الإفراج عن جميع المحتجزين بسبب ممارستهم السلمية لحقهم في التعبير عن آرائهم. كما دعت المنظمة السلطات السعودية على إعلان وقف رسمي وفوري لتنفيذ أحكام الإعدام، تمهيدًا لإلغاء عقوبة الإعدام بالنسبة إلى جميع الجرائم. وتبقى المعلومات المتاحة بشأن ما إذا كانت النيابة العامة السعودية لا تزال تطالب بإعدام الطريفي محدودة، ما يجعل مصير القضية غير واضح حتى الآن.
