Early reading. We have captured 3 original posts for this account, below the 8 we require before treating a median as settled. The numbers above describe what we have seen so far, not a finished profile of the account.

A typical post picks up 3.3K interactions against 218K followers, an engagement rate of 1.53%. Posts are seen about 42K times each, and 8.03% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 19.1% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.17 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 13% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 16:00 UTC, and Friday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 3 posts sampled, 100% carry an image or video. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 14K interactions, about 4.3x its own typical post. Only 3 original posts have been captured so far, fewer than the 8 posts we want behind a median before treating it as settled. Read the figures above as an early measurement of this account, not as a finished profile of it.

Engagement rate as a share of followers, across the 156,282 accounts we have scanned enough to measure. The axis is logarithmic, because the top and bottom of this population are about 25,969 times apart and a linear axis would flatten everything below the median into a single point.

Posting timing

This account posts most often around 16:00 UTC, and Friday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

  • 100% of this account's sampled posts carry an image or video. Across the catalog, posts with an image or video run 111% above the same accounts' other posts.
  • 0% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts.
  • Its average post runs 135 characters, which falls in the 80 - 180 characters band. Across the catalog, posts of 80 to 180 characters run 3% below the same accounts' other posts.

These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

Kingdom Hearts II is basically a perfect game. I finished it last night and am still thinking about how cool some of the battles are, especially the Organization XIII fights, as much as they pissed me off at times. Anyway, here is the standard experience, according to chat. https://t.co/kevmrm2msL

Iron Lung thoughts. I enjoyed the first half of the movie having played the game beforehand and it was fun seeing all the different references to the game mechanics, even making fun of them which was great. If I went in blind, I don’t know how I’d feel. It’s a slow burn, almost too slow. I didn’t find myself caring enough about any of the characters. I can’t say I loved it. Not good, not bad. Still it’s something to be proud of. I admired the effort and passion that clearly showed. A first movie with lots of lessons to be learned and that should be celebrated. Congrats @markiplier!

TwitchCons are fun, but I’m getting real tired of the narcissism and main character syndrome that comes with some IRL streamers. It’s a circus.

This is an open message to friends I stream with on a regular basis. I don’t really know how to convey this other than a public setting and I hope that’s okay. Lately an issue I’ve been running into in the streaming world is conflict management. A lot of us don’t know how to handle it and try to avoid it at all costs (which I am very guilty of myself). And I think that’s out of fear of being looked at as a “problem” or hard to work with. So the natural approach is to just shrug things off and keep the status quo the way it is. It’s easy to feel replaceable in this space. If someone is hard to work with, another person who is easier to work with could just take your spot, ya know? I’ve been there a lot and have chosen not to make a bigger deal out of some stuff for these reasons. As someone who hosts a lot of lobbies, please don’t ever feel this way. I want to know when someone is having trouble with the vibe of a lobby or don’t like certain jokes that keep happening. I sometimes notice these issues myself and other times I’m oblivious until someone tells me. And I tend to be the last person to find out about these issues for what I believe are the reasons I gave above. I obviously don’t like drama and I’m sure many of you are in the same boat, but I do want to work to make things better when issues come about. In a mature, adult way and not let them fester. Because I love gaming with so many of you and want to continue to do so for a long time ❤️
