بعد إحالة المتهمة #المصرية ( آ ) البالغة من العمر 36 عاماً إلى #النيابة_العامة للتحقيق معها حول واقعة قيامها بجريمة طعن طفليها فى منطقة #العقيلة ، حيث تكشفت أمور وتفاصيل اخرى أثناء التحقيق ، بأن لديها سوابق جناية فى سنة 2007 وانها حاولت الإنتحار عبر إلقاء أطفالها ونفسها من #جسر_جابر ولكن بائت المحاولة بالفشل‼️ حيث كشفت التحقيقات عن تفاصيل جديدة ومثيرة حول خلفيات الجريمة ودوافعها ، المتهمة مطلقة منذعام 2024 من زوجها الكويتي (ب.ع) ، ولديها طفلة فى الخامسة من عمرها وطفل فى الثالثة ، وكانت تعيش ظروفاً اقتصادية اجتماعية صعبة ، وخلال جلسات التحقيق قدمت المتهمة روايات متضاربة حول أسباب ما حدث ، فتارة اتهمت شقيقها "خال الطفلين" بالاعتداء عليهما بعد أن تم تخديرها بوضع شيء فى عصيرها ، وتارة أخرى وجهت الاتهام نفسه إلى طليقها ، مؤكدة أنها لو عرفت أماكنهما لسعت إلى الانتقام منهما‼️ كما أظهرت أقوالها أنها قررت التخلص من أطفالها لأنها لم تعد قادرة على إعالتهم أو حمايتهم من مصاعب الحياة ، وأنها شعرت بالوحدة المطلقة بعد طلاقها ، حيث تخلى عنها الجميع بما في ذلك أهلها ، وأوضحت أنها أرادت إنهاء حياتها عبر السعي إلى حكم بالإعدام يريحها ويريح أطفالها معاً، معتبرة أن الأطفال لا ذنب لهم ، وفي أثناء التحقيق كانت تسأل مراراً عن حالة الطفلين، معبرة عن أملها فى وفاتهما حتى يصدر بحقهاحكم الإعدام بدلاً من السجن فقط ، وكانت تدعو الله بذلك وتظهر حالات من التوتر والهياج ، كما تبين وجود سوابق جنائية قديمة منذ 2007 ومنع سفر بحقها والتحقيقات مستمرة للتحقق من صحة الادعاءات كافة‼️ ملاحظة: حاليا حالة الاطفال غير مستقرة وهم متواجدين بالعناية المركزة بعد خروجهم من غرفة العمليات لمدة 24 ساعة تحت المراقبة ، دعواتكم بالشفاء العاجل لهم‼️ للعلم: هناك تفاصيل اخرى امتنعنا عن ذكرها نظراً لحساسية الجريمة‼️ #المحامي_يكيكي #وزارة_الداخلية #الكويت
