Early reading. We have captured 2 original posts for this account, below the 8 we require before treating a median as settled. The numbers above describe what we have seen so far, not a finished profile of the account.

A typical post picks up 22 interactions against 51K followers, an engagement rate of 0.042%. Posts are seen about 1.4K times each, and 1.55% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 2.70% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.07 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 7% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 13:00 UTC, and Monday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 2 posts sampled, 100% carry an image or video and 50% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 2.1K interactions, about 97x its own typical post. Only 2 original posts have been captured so far, fewer than the 8 posts we want behind a median before treating it as settled. Read the figures above as an early measurement of this account, not as a finished profile of it.

Downloads for my PDF document on how to make clove but hot water extract are no longer available online. Over 857,000 people downloaded the document in the last four days, provoking my web host to disable my hosting because their servers couldn't handle it. So, here is the actual document broken up into four images.

Fasting for Autophagy? Eugenol from Hot Water Clove Bud Extract Induces and Amplifies Autophagic Action without the need for fasting, but can also be used to supercharge autophagy during fasting. Clove buds contain the highest levels of eugenol of any known substance, and in all of the studies that have identified the anticancer properties of eugenol, every one of them reports that eugenol induces and amplifies autophagic activity in the human body. For those of you who do not know what autophagy actually is, let me explain… Every cell in your body accumulates waste over time, including damaged proteins, old mitochondria that are no longer optimally functional, and even invading pathogens. Autophagy recognizes this waste, wraps it in a special membrane bubble called an autophagosome, and then sends it to the cell's recycling center, the lysosomes. There, it is broken down into basic building blocks, such as amino acids, sugars, and fats, which the cell reuses to make new, healthy mitochondria and functional proteins, or to generate energy. *Special note: In the presence of viral infections, eugenol halts autophagy to prevent viral and bacterial replication and to keep them from spreading. It doesn't mean eugenol shouldn't be taken during an infection; it's just a note to help you understand that it will not induce autophagy when the cells are infected. If you're not making your Clove Bud Extract yet, you should be! It fights against antibiotic-resistant infections effectively! To understand this, you need to know about pathogenic biofilms, and anyone who has a dog with a water bowl has likely seen them. If you've ever gone to clean your dog's bowl, you might notice an oily looking layer on the water's surface when changing to fresh water. That appearance, which resembles a thin oil slick, is actually a bacterial or fungal biofilm. That's what you're seeing. But these biofilms also exist within the human body, made up of bacteria or fungi covered by carbohydrates and proteins that shield them from oxidative stress and even antibiotics. How serious are biofilms? Well, ask anyone with Lyme disease, but also talk to your dentist. Dental caries, also known as cavities, are caused by a streptococcal mutans biofilm. You can also consider Candida infections, H. pylori, and much more. Note: Rinse your mouth 2 to 3 times daily with your clove bud water extract, and you'll never develop a cavity. I guarantee it! *Again, NOT for use by children under 10 years old. These infections are highly resistant to antibiotics because the biofilm surrounding the pathogens shields them. Eugenol, from your clove water extract, is one of the few substances known worldwide to destroy biofilms, antibiotic-resistant infections, fungal infections, bacterial infections, and viral infections, and it does much more than that. Best of all, it does not harm your intestinal flora unless you take an extreme overdose. Because eugenol is one of the very few anti-quorum substances worldwide, and what anti-quorum means is that eugenol can not only kill bacterial infections but also disrupt bacteria's ability to communicate, preventing them from replicating. In my personal opinion, this makes eugenol a substance that could potentially replace almost every antibiotic, antiviral, antifungal, and antiparasitic available. Always keep clove bud water extract in your refrigerator; it lasts over a year and is inexpensive to make. It should also be your first choice at the first sign of any infection. UPDATED: Mined Salt & Sea Salts Are Pure Poison AND I HAVE BROUGHT THE RECEIPTS! I WILL NOT DEBATE OR ARGUE THIS! Well, a lot has changed since I first started talking about this about 10 years ago, but one thing that hasn’t changed is that so many people have been convinced that these toxic salts are somehow healthy. And boy oh boy, talking about the toxicity of salt is like being blasphemous to far too many people, even though the evidence is indisputable. When I first presented this more than 10 years ago, the pushback was extreme and unrelenting; however, even the likes of Dr. Mercola and Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, wrote stories about just how toxic Himalayan salt is, but then forgot about all that as soon as they found out how much money they could make from selling it. They might sell out, but I won’t. When I first presented this, there were research scientists, doctors, etc., all of whom told me I was full of crap, that it wasn’t true, and that they were going to do a spectral analysis on their salt themselves and present it to the people. So, I challenged them to do so. And there were a lot of them! All but one returned and apologized, indicating that the information I presented was accurate. Even here in 2025, Peer-Reviewed Science, Mamavation, and https://t.co/7nxXH9Mrfc have done deep dives into researching the toxicity of mined salts. Wait, we aren’t done yet! Let’s talk about the unstable radioactive isotopes in mined salts. While there’s a big push to distract from the radioactive elements, here is a peer-reviewed Department of Physics, College of Education, University of Sulaimani, Sulaimani, Iraq, tested 35 retail salt products, and you are NOT going to like what they found! https://t.co/oQrKjtUBqJ Mamavation, a Nonprofit Health Advocacy Group, focuses only on lead because there are no listed safe limits for mercury for anything other than fish products, and none for aluminum at all, according to the Codex or the FDA. They had over 30 brands of mined salts third-party tested, and found 78% of them had highly toxic levels of lead. Ref: https://t.co/NNvzC0RVsp https://t.co/7nxXH9Mrfc conducted an AI deep dive in 2025 to let AI find the truth, and they went further, even acknowledging the radioactive isotopes and that regular table salt is the safest. Ref: https://t.co/m9NFD9vVhc A ridiculous charade within our community of natural health and living has been playing out for years. Too many people have been buying into outright lies. The facts are hidden right in front of their eyes, in hopes that nobody pays attention to them, or they simply haven't done their due diligence and are just believing what others are telling them. WHY IS THIS SUCH A HUGE PROBLEM BECAUSE 82% OF THE WORLD’S POPULATION TESTED AS SURPASING THE MERCURY TOXICITY THRESHOLD. This is according to the Biodiversity Research Institute of Maine (BRI), the world's foremost expert on environmental mercury. Reference: https://t.co/LdNOhqi2Vt Before all the detractors, cynics, and armchair warriors start trying to defend their salt lamps or Himalayan salt, I'll tell you right now that scientists, naturopathic doctors, and others have already tried to call me out on this and had their own spectral analyses done of salt lamps and Himalayan salt. Every one of them found that they were highly toxic. If you're looking to argue with me on this, you'll lose because I'm about to bury you in indisputable evidence from the suppliers and manufacturers of these products. The first thing you need to understand is what the safe levels are for these toxic metals in our drinking water. You also need to realize that 80% of it will be cleared through digestive processes, rather than off-gassed by Himalayan salt lamps, which give you 100%. Supplementing your water with unrefined salt under the currently listed protocols of ¼ teaspoon per glass, twice daily, will result in ridiculously high levels of toxic metals being consumed. Ref: https://t.co/5H3bL8SbCH Now, let’s look at some certificates of analysis from unrefined salt producers! CELTIC SEA SALT > CURE ZONE DATA Let’s look at the corruption that’s now going on within the salt industry! And there may be no better example of that than Cure Zone, which recommends ¼ teaspoon of Celtic sea salt in a glass of water twice daily, with claims that it will cure pretty much everything. Reference: https://t.co/A4NaF4PPOx In the last few years, they have changed how they present the facts to try to confuse you. They won’t talk about mercury at all, but they will talk about aluminum, and they talk about 0.11 mg per quarter teaspoon, which they want you to put in water twice per day. The recommended amount of aluminum in drinking water is set at 0.1 mg/l, which is 0.1 ppm. Their claim of 0.11 mg per quarter teaspoon equates to 167 ppm, and that’s what they want you to put in your water and to drink it twice per day. Note: They do not even list cadmium, lead, or mercury. They also do not list the typical eight or nine unstable radioactive isotopes in crude salt. HIMALAYAN CPINK CRYSTAL SALT > THE MEADOW DATA Now let’s take a look at the Meadow, a seller and producer of Himalayan pink crystal salt! Reference: https://t.co/yEITkhtCf0 Aluminum: 0.661 PPM (operational guideline 0.1 ppm) Cadmium: 0.01 ppm (maximum safe limit 0.007 ppm) Lead: 0.1 PPM (maximum safe limit 0.005 ppm) Mercury: <0.03 ppm (they won’t disclose it!) (maximum safe limit 0.001 ppm) Please don’t forget about the eight or nine cancer-causing, unstable radioactive isotopes! SEA SALT > REDMOND’S ANCIENT SEA SALT DATA Redmond's ancient sea salt, an animal product. Still, unless they are refining it heavily, this is probably what's really in Redmond's salt. And before we even get into the analysis, Redmond’s clearly states with no alternative context that their salt product is unrefined, mined salt. But magically, the unrefined animal-product salt and the salt for human consumption differ in their toxic metal content. Ref: https://t.co/uiceQyrCii They don't want to disclose the mercury levels in their salt that comes from the most toxic state in the USA. Aluminum density: 215 ppm (operational guideline is 0.1 ppm) Cadmium: 0.27 ppm (maximum safe amount is 0.01 ppm) Lead: 0.6 ppm (maximum safe amount is 0.005 ppm) Again, this is not even to talk about the cancer-causing, unstable radioactive isotopes that are listed. And we can’t talk about mercury, because they are avoiding it. SALT COMPANIES TRYING TO TRICK YOU: Selina Naturally – Celtic Salt https://t.co/baWV4GJKYq They will not list any heavy metal data except for aluminum. Then they attempt to trick you by listing percentages instead of parts per million, like everyone else. And all they are telling you is there is less than 500 ppm of aluminum in their product because that’s what .05% equates to. Salt of the Earth Sea Salt https://t.co/O2MN1CNKd9 In-house testing only. Not third-party analysis. And they don’t want to talk about aluminum at all, while claiming mercury levels are lower than those of every other sea salt that exists, at the same time claiming it is unrefined sea salt. That is impossible! Redmond – Real Salt Consumer Product https://t.co/gbS4odwQLq Once again, using percentages instead of parts per million and expecting us to accept what they have to say instead of getting third-party testing done. Once again, they will only identify a concentration below 500 ppm, even though the FDA indicates that safe limits are 0.03 ppm. WHAT SALT DO I USE? NONE! I EAT REAL FOOD! What salt do I consume? I do not own a salt shaker! I eat organic meat, which I do season but not with salt, and fresh organic fruits and vegetables. But if I did, I would be consuming, on my food only, and very lightly, common table salt, which the unrefined salt industry has convinced the world that it is nasty. It’s not! If those unrefined salt producers refined and removed the toxic metals and the radioactive elements, I would be writing something very different right now. I would be recommending it! And they can do it! However, let's talk about iodized table salt, which is sodium chloride with a natural iodine bond. We are told in our community to oppose it because of the anti-caking agent and ammonium bleaching. But ammonia is a natural element that occurs in the human body and is flashed off long before the products ever hit the market. Meanwhile, anti-caking agents are acceptable for use in all organic foods, and they are currently used in organic foods. There is no problem with table salt. And yes, I know that there is one online influencer who found a single brand of table salt from New Zealand or Australia that was heavy metal toxic. Which means they didn’t refine it the way table salt is supposed to be refined. CORRUPTION OF THE HEALTH AUTHORITIES AND FOOD REGULATORS! They are now hiding the severity of heavy metal toxicity in their salt products. Most unrefined salt producers no longer offer access to a certificate of analysis. This has significantly changed. Another thing that has changed dramatically is that Health Authorities in Canada and the USA are widely increasing the safe levels of toxic metals in drinking water. If you believe that federal health authorities in North America are making any attempt to protect the people of our countries, I’m going to show you data, and while all of it can’t be recovered with https://t.co/gBGe1vCd10, much of it can. Ref: https://t.co/SeyOg4DiXT Versus…… https://t.co/5H3bL8SbCH 2018 aluminum safe level: NONE (maximum) 2025 aluminum safe level: 2.9 ppm (maximum) When did we learn that any amount of aluminum was safe? 2018 cadmium safe level: 0.005 ppm 2025 cadmium safe level: 0.01 ppm 20 times the safe level of cadmium is now considered safe. 2018 lead safe level: 0.005 ppm 2025 lead safe level: 0.01 ppm again, 20 times the current safe level of lead is now considered safe. While Health Canada maintains safe levels of mercury at 0.001 ppm, salt producers and regulators have now increased it to 0.3, meaning regulators now think that 300 times the amount of mercury is suddenly safe in drinking water. I don’t believe that for a moment. *For reference, see the citations above. Do you really think that your health authorities and food regulators are looking out for you and are acting in the best interest of your health? FINALLY: LET’S TALK ABOUT SALT ADDICTION Salt consumption is proven to stimulate dopamine release, and when you lower the amount of salt that you consume, versus what you have typically consumed, salt cravings occur. Further, withdrawal symptoms from lowering salt consumption are the same as other drugs, while they may not last as long, or be as severe, the symptoms are the same. Lastly, salt addiction meets 7 of the 11 criteria used in the DSM-V psychiatric manual for an addiction diagnosis. Only two criteria need to be met in order for an addiction diagnosis to be made. References: https://t.co/WlAZ5EIuQ5 https://t.co/j2JIksXkDy https://t.co/3ka7PQBmA3 https://t.co/9lE30Sna5V https://t.co/K2NYSEKPAk https://t.co/uI0OLKXjSZ In closing, the evidence of heavy metal toxicity is overwhelming for unrefined mined salts. It can’t be denied or disputed. And thus, because I know people are going to crawl out of the woodwork to attack this as they have so many times before, without ever reading the evidence, I won’t be responding to anyone. The proof is here. It comes from the producers, it comes from widespread third-party testing, it comes from peer-reviewed science, it comes from government agencies, and it has come from my detractors in the past, who have also tried to prove me wrong by paying to have their own spectral analysis done and finding the same results. I won’t debate with you. I have debated this with people for over 12 years, and nobody, and I literally mean nobody, has been able to prove it wrong yet. That includes scientists, lab techs, doctors, university professors, and so many other people who told me I was crazy. I know what’s going to follow; I’ve heard all of the excuses for people to justify it. None of them has been valid! What you put in your body is your business. I’m not going to judge you; I’m just going to present you with the truth as I have here, and hopefully you will research it in an unbiased manner, using science rather than online influencers, social media memes, and YouTube videos from unknown people. I won’t even entertain it. And if you come in hot, you’re going to leave cold. I will block you. I won’t play around. I’ve already been through this many times. And the facts are the facts, whether they offend you or not. I really hope you take the time to do your research and then make an informed decision on what you will do from this point forward, if you didn’t already know this. That’s the greatest wish I have for all of you: that you make informed decisions. :-)

Eugenol (the main compound in clove bud water) is amazing for histamine and allergies. But for those with MCAD or MCAS, it can also greatly reduce the histamine in high-histamine foods, and that is a game-changer! Eugenol is the powerful active ingredient found in clove bud water. Research shows it mostly helps calm histamine rather than increase it. Eugenol stabilizes mast cells and reduces histamine release: In laboratory studies, eugenol prevented mast cells from releasing histamine when triggered. It lowered blood histamine levels and even completely prevented severe allergic reactions. Source: https://t.co/mASOWkErqi It can ease allergic responses: Eugenol has been shown to reduce IgE-mediated allergic reactions and skin allergy test responses in research. A related compound also lowered the activity of the enzyme that makes histamine. Study: https://t.co/mASOWkErqi It may relieve histamine-related itch: When applied to the skin, eugenol reduced histamine-induced itching and improved skin in models of atopic dermatitis (eczema-like conditions). It appears to work partly by calming certain itch-signaling pathways. Study: https://t.co/LlIV6Ob6et A HUGE Bonus for those with Mast Cell Activation Disorder or Syndrome in food science: Eugenol prevents natural surface bacteria from producing histamine in fermented and other high-histamine foods, keeping levels lower. So, yes, us folks with MCAD or MACS should be adding a bit of our clove water to our foods. This may be a game changer!

Does eugenol, the main component of clove bud water extract, kill cancer cells? Here are 21 peer-reviewed human and animal studies only; no in vitro (in a petri dish) studies at all that claim that it does. Animal studies are not ideal, but it’s hard to find a natural substance being tested against humans. Thus, I also included the animal studies. I am not saying this is the definitive treatment for cancers. I am not suggesting that, and please do not try to find that context in my words. Nor have I ever heard of anybody trying eugenol/globe but water extract to treat cancer, so I wouldn’t know what the outcome would be. I am sharing peer-reviewed science. That’s all! That dangerous, cancer-causing snake root weed? Wait a minute! They are lying to you! For years, especially here in Atlantic Canada and in the eastern United States, we've been warned that snake root, even if you touch it, will poison you and make you sick or even kill you. That if a cow ate snake root and you drank the milk, it could give you cancer, poison you, etc., etc., etc. In 2021, the United States National Institutes of Health stated that snake root was most likely going to be listed as a category one carcinogen, meaning it absolutely causes cancer! Ref: https://t.co/mgfDiT6EmO But hang on a moment. Then why is reserpine, a volatile alkaloid found in snake root and something we are supposed to fear, actually a pharmaceutical drug approved to treat hypertension? Why is it also used to treat schizophrenia and mania? And most of all, why are there so many studies proving that it is a potent anticancer substance? Before I move on, reserpine has also been tested and shown to be effective in treating metabolic syndrome, high cholesterol, diabetes, inflammation, retinitis, dyskinetic symptoms of Huntington's disease, cocaine dependence, movement and tic disorders, and is also a highly effective antibacterial against Staphylococcus aureus biofilms. Are you starting to understand why they want you to be afraid of it? However, I want to stick to reserpine as an anticancer therapeutic because that is how they're trying to scare people away from these naturally occurring and wild plants. Here's what they had to say in the literature review on reserpine: "RSP demonstrated potent anticancer activity across multiple cancer types, such as lung, breast, prostate, and skin cancers, through mechanisms like increased reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation, apoptosis induction, and inhibition of DNA synthesis. These findings suggest RSP’s potential as an anticancer agent, though further research is needed to fully understand its therapeutic capabilities." Ref: https://t.co/8Ruq7JhV92 But just in case anyone thinks I'm cherry-picking a single study that proves the effectiveness of reserpine, maybe I will add a few more studies. https://t.co/JNahQHqGzY https://t.co/cKbHx8aphI https://t.co/LcJN57Qe0P https://t.co/NCpePhg7nw https://t.co/yP79wXuNot https://t.co/LcJN57Qe0P https://t.co/9DerrxMX2e Be very careful about what you accept as fact. The scientific community has known since at least 1956 that reserpine from snake root is a potent anticancer agent, which is why they want you to be afraid of it. Knowledge is power! Be powerful! :-)

In 2019, the @liberal_party of Canada introduced Bill C-75 to repeal section 181 of the Criminal Code, which made it a criminal defence for the media to knowingly lie to harm the reputation of an individual or entity. But they did not repeal section 300, which makes it a criminal offence for a Canadian citizen or individual to knowingly lie in order to harm another individual. It's only a criminal act for citizens, not for the media anymore. And they claim it's because of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Obviously, it's not, or it would've applied to Canadians as well. This is exactly when the Canadian media went rogue and far left. While our tax dollars fund them.

Type II Diabetes: Berberine is as effective as Metformin There have been numerous studies done proving the efficacy of their herb, berberine in treating so many things, from high cholesterol, fatty liver, PCOS, H pylori, hypertension, irritable bowel syndrome, preventing colorectal polyps, and even obesity, but one of the things that science is very consistent on, even though the fight it, is that it is as effective as Metformin in the treatment of diabetes, prediabetes, and insulin resistance. For those who don’t know, Berberine is an alkaloid found in herbs such as goldenseal and barberry, whereas Metformin is an established pharmaceutical drug used to treat type II diabetes in its early stages, along with other health issues, but comes with many potential side effects. Thus, there appears to be creative wording in many clinical studies and trials to confuse readers and support the pharmaceutical drug. To preserve metformin and the companies that manufacture it, they have now resorted to claiming, contrary to their own scientific findings, that berberine is most effective when combined with metformin. However, those same studies’ data identify that a combination of berberine/Metformin is slightly less effective than berberine alone. Dosing: Typical dosing is 300-500 mg, taken three times daily, taken just before or just after each meal. Side effects: Berberine has a few potential side effects. Mainly surrounding the gastrointestinal system. In a small number of people, it can cause an upset stomach, abdominal pain, diarrhea/constipation… Etc. Contraindications: Because berberine is synthesized in the liver, you must be very careful when taking any other pharmaceuticals along with it. And of course, because it treats these issues, you really need to be careful and monitor if you have liver disease, hypertension, and, of course, diabetes. Further, it absolutely should not be taken with immunosuppressive drugs, as the combination of berberine and these drugs dramatically increases the potential for berberine to become toxic. Brand recommendations? I don’t have any! I don’t know where you all live. :-) Go to Amazon, find the brand with the high number of people reading it, with the highest ratings, and you’ll likely be safe. Cancer Misdiagnosis is far more common than they want us to think! It's a bacteria, no, it's a parasite… No, it's both! I'm referring to any gram-negative bacterial spirochete, and now I'm going to tell you something else. Spirochetes, which are both a parasite and a bacterium, produce a substance called gumma that compounds and builds upon itself to create Tumor-like substances for which even biopsies cannot tell the difference and are far too frequently misdiagnosed as cancer. They want us to believe that this is a very rare occurrence, but they only calculate the global prevalence of syphilis and not other spirochete-based illnesses. For that alone, the numbers are so far apart that you don't know who to believe. Somewhere between 14.5% and 30% of the population, depending on what study or research you choose to accept as fact. They don't include numbers for Lyme disease, which is a growing, spirochete-based illness that is a very close cousin to syphilis. I believe that here in Atlantic Canada, and this is my opinion and estimated numbers, that about 45% of the population is walking around with Lyme disease. Whether it's active or dormant is the only question for me. While they want us to believe this is extremely rare, I thought I would provide you with the first 20 case reports I came across. Which took minutes to find. If there are that many case reports, it is certainly not nearly as rare as they want people to believe. And it's not just Tumor-based cancers, it's also lymphoma and leukemia. And should I ever wind up with a cancer diagnosis, I will make them test and make sure it's not just Gumma tricking them before I would ever even consider any type of treatment. That's just me. Not telling you folks what to do. However, be informed and make sound decisions. Reading these numbers
