Early reading. We have captured 3 original posts for this account, below the 8 we require before treating a median as settled. The numbers above describe what we have seen so far, not a finished profile of the account.

A typical post picks up 25 interactions against 166K followers, an engagement rate of 0.015%. Posts are seen about 9.5K times each, and 0.262% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 5.75% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.1 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 3% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 17:00 UTC, and Friday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 3 posts sampled, 100% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 9.1K interactions, about 366x its own typical post. Only 3 original posts have been captured so far, fewer than the 8 posts we want behind a median before treating it as settled. Read the figures above as an early measurement of this account, not as a finished profile of it.

Engagement rate as a share of followers, across the 204,583 accounts we have scanned enough to measure. The axis is logarithmic, because the top and bottom of this population are about 22,891 times apart and a linear axis would flatten everything below the median into a single point.

Posting timing

This account posts most often around 17:00 UTC, and Friday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

This account's posting mix compared with catalog-wide effects
FormatThis accountCatalog effect95% intervalAccounts behind it

  • 0% of this account's sampled posts carry an image or video. Across the catalog, posts with an image or video run 111% above the same accounts' other posts.
  • 100% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts, so a large share of this account's output sits in the weakest bucket we measure.
  • Its average post runs 61 characters, which falls in the under 80 characters band. Across the catalog, posts under 80 characters run 8% below the same accounts' other posts.

These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

The U.S. Open will be a 15-day event starting this year. It will start on a Sunday for the first time in the Open Era. The first round will be spread out over a 3-day period. Both the Australian Open and Roland Garros have already implemented this change. Wimbledon is the only Grand Slam that will remain a 14-day event. Source: https://t.co/ngW10zsZvd

Lost out to a better player today! Well played to Shi Yu Qi and good luck in the final! Hope we can compete again soon. Also just wanna say thanks for all the massive support I’ve been getting this week what an amazing experience 🙏 And yeah, I just wanna quickly talk about the whole “serve issue” thing that people keep throwing comments about. First of all, I’ve been serving like this for ages… way before I won the Olympics again and before all the haters started focusing on it. Some people say even commentators and obviously some of the players think it’s illegal and that’s fine, they can think whatever they want. But who decides the rules? The players, commentators or the BWF, umpires and referees? If I have to change my serve because it’s illegal, then fine. But to think I’ll change the serve I’ve been using for years just because some people start hating on it… that doesn’t make any sense. I serve likes this because I feel comfortable this way and I don’t get faulted, and I will continue to do so until I am not allowed to anymore.
