Early reading. We have captured 2 original posts for this account, below the 8 we require before treating a median as settled. The numbers above describe what we have seen so far, not a finished profile of the account.

A typical post picks up 42 interactions against 246K followers, an engagement rate of 0.017%. Posts are seen about 4.9K times each, and 0.857% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 1.99% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.13 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 10% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 05:00 UTC, and Tuesday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 2 posts sampled, 100% carry an image or video. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 53K interactions, about 1258x its own typical post. Only 2 original posts have been captured so far, fewer than the 8 posts we want behind a median before treating it as settled. Read the figures above as an early measurement of this account, not as a finished profile of it.

Posting timing

This account posts most often around 05:00 UTC, and Tuesday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

  • 100% of this account's sampled posts carry an image or video. Across the catalog, posts with an image or video run 111% above the same accounts' other posts.
  • 0% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts.
  • Its average post runs 205 characters, which falls in the 180 - 280 characters band. Across the catalog, posts of 180 to 280 characters match the same accounts' other posts almost exactly.

These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

This is me & my kids celebrating my 1st yr of sobriety. Tuesday 7/14/26 we celebrated 9 yrs. I’ve been sober before, sometimes for years but I always got lazy or too smart or terminally unique but July 14/2017 I woke up to the same argument I’d had with my X for yrs. I was a failure & she deserved better. My feelings were hurt, my self esteem was low but I knew I deserved better. I packed a bag so I could leave & check into a hotel. This was my move since childhood. When things hurt I’d run to safety. I’d also start making calls because I deserved to be safe AND high. I got into my car & noticed my X’s car was gone. Maybe she took the kids with her? I ran back into the house & my 1 1/2 yr old angel Quinn & 4 yr old son Jax were standing there alone. They were so happy to see me. Both of their selfish parents had walked out & left them. In that moment everything changed. Call it a G-d shot or moment of clarity but in front of me was everything I’d ever dreamed of so I had to be 100% because there was a good chance I’d have to raise these babies by myself. I vowed to be healthy. & never let anyone hurt my feelings. My kids & I spent every day of the next 2 years together. They felt unconditionally loved & so did I. Because of sobriety we live a wonderful life. Many of you know my X has major issues & has put my kids & I in dangerous situations which makes my sobriety & protecting Jax & Quinn all the more satisfying. I’m grateful for every moment of my life.

Last weekend Quinn moved up to advanced at her acting school and she sang and danced her tail off at the Kenter Canyon Elementary talent show. Jax won the Cheviot Hills basketball championship which he almost missed because dad forgot to plan for the LA Marathon and the kids got me Craig’s because I turned 67 which the kids love because 6,7 is something secret, cool and hilarious. I’m old enough to remember when 69 was cool and hilarious. I’m grateful for my life❤️

Today I became the very proud father of a sweet, smart, funny and kind teenager Jax Copeland Arnold. Jax is my best friend my nemesis my muse. Sometimes he’s big and tough but he’s always my baby. It’s spring break so we could’ve gone somewhere but Jax wanted to have his buddies spent 3 days and nights here at Camp Arnold. It was a combination of the first Woodstock because it was filthy and the fire Woodstock because it was a little dangerous. I watched, listened, broke up fights, apologized to the neighbors and cleaned up. It was the best, most satisfying long weekend of my life and don’t tell anyone but these 5 fearless gangsters slept in the same bed ❤️🎂
