Dr Sukh Rashpal Sandhu (MBA, LLM, PhD) engagement report
@SukhSandhu - 170K followers on X
Measured over 2 original posts from a 30-day window, last computed on October 20, 2026.
Engagement
Early reading. We have captured 2 original posts for this account, below the 8 we require before treating a median as settled. The numbers above describe what we have seen so far, not a finished profile of the account.
A typical post picks up 2.0K interactions against 170K followers, an engagement rate of 1.20%. Posts are seen about 118K times each, and 1.72% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 69.3% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 1.4 post a day over the last 30 days, though only 10% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 05:00 UTC, and Tuesday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 2 posts sampled, 100% carry an image or video and 50% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 3.7K interactions, about 1.8x its own typical post. Only 2 original posts have been captured so far, fewer than the 8 posts we want behind a median before treating it as settled. Read the figures above as an early measurement of this account, not as a finished profile of it.

Posting timing
This account posts most often around 05:00 UTC, and Tuesday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Formats this account uses
Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.
| Format | This account | Catalog effect | 95% interval | Accounts behind it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Image or video | 100% of posts | +111% | +108% to +115% | 34K |
| Outbound link | 50% of posts | -41% | -42% to -40% | 32K |
| Typical length | - | +15% | +14% to +16% | 32K |
- 100% of this account's sampled posts carry an image or video. Across the catalog, posts with an image or video run 111% above the same accounts' other posts.
- 50% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts, so a large share of this account's output sits in the weakest bucket we measure.
- Its average post runs 338 characters, which falls in the over 280 characters band. Across the catalog, posts over 280 characters run 15% above the same accounts' other posts.
These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

Why did the Home Minister Amit Shah avoid the two day discussion on education and student protests in Parliament ? Now Home Minister wants another discussion before he attends the Lok Sabha. As LOP @RahulGandhi ji said, time for lecture has passed. The Home Minister should come and present a statement on the police action against young people in Delhi and the use of AK 47 in Bihar. Home Minister Amit Shah should be present in both the Houses of Parliament.

Our children are more sensible than a few of the adults. High schoolers across the country have ditched school and taken to the streets, joining the coordinated university union protests against Pauline Hanson. Flyers reading “Say No to Pauline Hanson”, “fight against racism” and “stand up against the far right” were distributed by organisers from the National Union of Students. One speaker said to the crowd: “She’s hanging out with Gina Rinehart in her private jet. She’s going to Mar-a-Lago, she’s hanging out with Trump.” Pauline said the children who are protesting should "go to hell".

When I was a few years old, Mum told me there are three things no one can ever take from you: 1. your skills and experience, 2. your qualifications, and 3. your attitude towards life. Those words have lived in me ever since. By 13, she put them into action and nudged me to find my first job and start earning. That first step was never just about money. It taught me that independence is built from the inside out. I miss her every day, and I am deeply thankful to her, even though she is no longer here to celebrate the milestones she wanted to see. Everything I strive for carries her love and her lessons. These are the three things Raj and I have passed on to our children. #Gratitude #Mum #LifelongLearning #Independence #Australia #LifelongLearning #WorkEthic #GrowthMindset #Leadership #Australia

The devastating loss of life and destruction caused by the catastrophic flash floods across Nepal and the neighbouring Himalayan region are deeply heartbreaking. More than 160 lives have reportedly been lost, hundreds of people remain missing, and entire communities have been overwhelmed. Homes, villages, roads, bridges and essential infrastructure have been swept away. Among those still unaccounted for are local residents, emergency personnel, pilgrims and international travellers, including Australians. My deepest condolences go to every family mourning the loss of a loved one. My thoughts and prayers are also with those desperately waiting for news of missing family members and friends. I extend my profound gratitude to the emergency responders, rescue teams, defence personnel, volunteers and local communities working tirelessly in extremely dangerous and difficult conditions. May those who have lost their lives rest in peace. May the missing be found safely, and may everyone affected receive the strength, support and assistance they urgently need. Australia and the international community stand in solidarity with the people of Nepal and all communities across the Himalayan region affected by this terrible tragedy. 📷 #Nepal #NepalFloods #HimalayanFloods #PrayersForNepal #Solidarity #StayStrongNepal

A deeply personal honour and an unforgettable milestone. I am profoundly honoured and humbled to have been conferred a Doctor of Philosophy in Humane Letters, Honoris Causa, in recognition of my professional work and contributions to education, compliance and quality assurance. I accept this honorary recognition with gratitude and humility. It is important to clarify that this is separate from my Doctor of Business Administration at Golden Gate University, which remains in progress. I have been undertaking my DBA journey for approximately four years, and I look forward to completing it in due course. I would particularly like to thank my DBA Dissertation Chair, Dr Matthew J. Daniel, for his exceptional support, scholarly guidance, patience and encouragement throughout this demanding journey. Dr Matthew has consistently provided thoughtful advice and academic leadership, and his commitment to supporting my research has been invaluable. I also sincerely thank Bhumi Pathak from Student Support at Golden Gate University. Her responsiveness, care and ongoing assistance have helped me navigate the administrative and procedural requirements of my DBA journey. I remain deeply appreciative of the support provided by both Dr Matthew and Bhumi. No recognition of this significance belongs to one person alone. It carries the love, sacrifices, encouragement and generosity of everyone who has helped shape my personal, academic and professional journey. My children, Gurshaan Singh Sandhu (Shaan) and Jissimran (Simo), have given me their patience, laughter and quiet strength through the longest days and most challenging periods. To my wife, Rajkiran Kaur Sandhu, thank you for your love, patience and strength through every late night and demanding chapter. I am also sincerely grateful to my brother, Raminder Sandhu, for his steadfast encouragement. I remain thankful to the teachers and lecturers who shaped my lifelong love of learning: Charanji Lal Chopra, Krishna Dangi, Dr-Naib Singh Mander, Sardar Harnek Singh, Veena Chopra, Ashok Chopra Lion, Vijay Chauhan, Hari Sethi, Asif Sayed, Theresa Glab, Gopi Krishna Akella and Professor Savitri Bevinakoppa. My heartfelt appreciation also goes to Anna Haranas, my mamma Sweden, my pua ji Harwant Kaur, my mothers-in-law Saurjeet Kaur and Gurnam Kaur, and my Patwari mama and mami ji for their blessings, affection and encouragement. I am sincerely grateful to my family, friends and colleagues, including Sue Bidesi, Gail Traeger Baker, Nadia Taylor, Sorabh Dhanda (Money), Harneet Kaur Randhawa Bhinder, Sun Preet , Lacks Verma, Parminder Dhillon, Aman Deep Singh Plaha, Rukman Sangha, Rishabh Arora, Heera Singh, Vijay Patel, Stuart Newman and Chanpreet Singh, Timmy, Jassi Singh, Ginni Sidhu, Nitu, Manpreet Dhillon Harjeet Singh Brar Manpreet Kaur Ashish Silwal Ruby Sangha Manan VS Parmeet Jassal Jaswinder Singh Sidhu Sukhpreet Brar Rajbir Cheema Sony Sandhu Jasmeet Kaur Chahal Vineet Mittal Ashwani Garg Manpreet Sandhu Sukhman Sandhu Joginder Kaur Khaira. A special thank you goes to Michelle Newman and all my colleagues at CAQA and Career Calling for their professional support, flexibility and shared commitment to quality in vocational education. I also acknowledge Nancy Pavlovic, Raelene Bartlett, Phill Bevan, Shruti Nargundkar, Sameer Sahai Mathur, Preeti Tahiliani, Judith Bowler, Jacqui Hodge and Aman Chawla, together with the many consultants, RTO leaders, trainers, assessors, compliance officers and industry stakeholders who have supported my research and professional work. Above all, I dedicate this recognition to the memory of my late parents, Gurnam Singh Sandhu and Rashpal Kaur Batth Sandhu. Their love, sacrifices, values and belief in the transformative power of education laid the foundation for everything I have achieved. To ensure that my mother’s name always remains with mine, I am officially changing my name to: Sukh Rashpal Sandhu This is more than a change of name. It is my permanent tribute to my mother and a promise that wherever life takes me, her name, memory and legacy will always travel with me. I accept this honorary PhD with gratitude and a renewed commitment to education, quality, integrity, evidence-based reform and service to others. At the same time, I remain fully committed to completing my ongoing DBA journey at Golden Gate University.
