زرداری صاحب زندہ باد! کئی گھنٹے قبل X پوسٹ میں جو خدشہ ظاہر کیا کہ “مقتدرہ کی سیاستدانوں سے ٹھن گئی ہے”، اب زبانِ زدِ عام ہے۔ حوصلہ ملا تو نیا اندیشہ پیش کرنے کی ہمت آئی، دور کی کوڑی لانی پڑی ہے۔ میرا وسوسہ ہے کہ “کہیں صدر آصف علی زرداری ایک پلاننگ کے تحت اپنے پورے خاندان کے ساتھ طویل رخصت یا نیم جلاوطنی پر تو نہیں چلے گئے؟” اگر ایسا ہوا تو بہت بڑی سیاسی چال ہو گی۔ ادھر 27 اگست 2026 کو وہ اہلِ خانہ سمیت نجی دورے پر یورپ روانہ ہوئے، جو بظاہر ایک معمول کی کارروائی لگی، مگر جیسے ہی زرداری صاحب کا طیارہ ہوا میں بلند ہوا، اُدھر ان کے جاتے ہی سندھ کے اندر سیاسی درجہ حرارت یکدم آسمان کو چھونے لگا، جو ایک سوچی سمجھی اسکیم تھی۔ ساتھ ہی بلاول کی شادی کی خبریں عام کر کے ان کے دورے کے تجزیے سے دھیان ہٹایا رہا۔ اگلے ہی دن، یعنی 28 اگست کو حکومتِ سندھ سندھ اسمبلی میں صوبے کی تقسیم کے خلاف قرارداد لے آئی، تاکہ آئین کے آرٹیکل 239 کی شق 4 کے تحت آئینی راستہ اختیار کرکے صوبوں کی تقسیم کا آئیڈیا ناکام بنایا جائے۔ یہ سب سوچی سمجھی چال معلوم ہوتی ہے۔ مقتدرہ کے موجودہ صوبوں کی تقسیم کے منصوبے کو پیپلز پارٹی نے جس گرج برس کے ساتھ براہِ راست للکارا، اس کے علیحدہ نمبر ملنے چاہییں۔ پیپلز پارٹی نے طوعاً و کرہاً 31 اگست کو کراچی میں سول سوسائٹی اور وکلا کا بڑا احتجاج کروایا، اما بعد وزیرِ اعلیٰ مراد علی شاہ و نثار کھوڑو سمیت دیگر قیادت نے صوبوں کی تقسیم کے حامیوں کے خلاف اسمبلی میں سخت اور دوٹوک موقف اپنایا۔ اب یہ خبر کہ زرداری خاندان اگلے چند ہفتے برطانیہ میں مزید قیام کرے گا، میرے اختراعی یا دور کی کوڑی والے نیم جلاوطنی کے آئیڈیا کو تقویت ملی ہے کہ شاید اب زرداری صاحب کی وطن واپسی باآسانی نہ ہو سکے۔ یعنی اب واپسی کسی فیصلہ کن مذاکرات یا نتیجہ خیز بات چیت کے بعد ہی ہو گی۔ یادش بخیر! آج کا منظرنامہ 2015 سے کس قدر ملتا جلتا ہے، جب 16 جون 2015 کو پشاور میں زرداری صاحب نے اداروں کو مخاطب کرکے سخت زبان میں کہا تھا کہ “آپ تین سال کے لیے آتے ہو، جبکہ سیاسی جماعتیں ہمیشہ موجود رہنی ہیں۔” زرداری صاحب نے گرج کر مزید کہا کہ “پیپلز پارٹی کی کردار کشی بند کی جائے، ورنہ وہ ایسی پریس کانفرنس کریں گے کہ آپ لوگوں کی اینٹ سے اینٹ بج جائے گی۔” اس تقریر کے فوراً بعد 25 جون 2015 کو وہ دبئی چلے گئے اور تقریباً ڈیڑھ سال بعد، 23 دسمبر 2016 کو جنرل راحیل شریف کی ریٹائرمنٹ کے بعد واپس آئے۔ کیا تاریخ پھر دہرائے گی، ایک بار زرداری صاحب کے آگے ہتھیار ڈالے جائیں گے تاکہ وہ واپس آ سکیں، تاکہ پاکستان کی جگ ہنسائی نہ ہو؟ زرداری صاحب کی کامیاب حکمتِ عملی ہی ہے کہ ان کی غیر موجودگی میں قائم مقام صدر بھی پیپلز پارٹی کا ہے۔ چیئرمین سینیٹ یوسف رضا گیلانی بطور قائم مقام صدر موجود ہیں۔ زرداری صاحب کی سیاسی چالوں پر دل عش عش کر اٹھتا ہے۔ کس مہارت سے زرداری صاحب نے پہلے صدر کا عہدہ ہتھیایا، پھر اپنے لیے تاحیات صدارتی استثنیٰ حاصل کیا۔ دو اہم آئینی عہدے پیپلز پارٹی کے پاس رکھنے کا مقصد شاید اسی منظرنامے کو چشمِ تصور میں رکھ کر ہی لیا ہو گا کہ پاکستان میں دھوپ چھاؤں کا ادل بدل ہوتا رہتا ہے، اچھے برے دنوں کا کوئی پتہ نہیں چلتا۔ ان کی نیم جلاوطنی سے ریاست پر دباؤ رہے گا، کیونکہ صدرِ مملکت کی نیم جلاوطنی ایک بین الاقوامی سیاسی اسکینڈل بن جائے گی، جس کا ریاست آج کل کے گھمبیر حالات میں متحمل نہیں ہو سکتی۔

اردو کے الفاظ کو انگلش رسم الخط میں لکھنے کو رومن کہتے ہیں ۔یا یوں کہہ لیجیے اردو زبان کو اگر رومن حروف تہجی میں لکھا جائے تو اسے عرف عام میں رومن اردو کہتے ہیں ۔میں اس طرز تحریر کو اردو دشمن سمجھتی ہوں ۔ میرا آپ سے سوال ہے ؟ کیا آپ رومن اردو آسانی سے لکھ اور پڑھ لیتے ہیں ؟ رہا میرا جواب :۔ میرے لئے پڑھنا دقت طلب ،دشوار اور وقت کی بربادی ہے ۔ پاکستان میں اردو کو رومن رسم الخط میں لکھنے کی تجاویز مصطفیٰ کمال اتاترک سے متاثر ہوکر متعدد مرتبہ پیش کی گئی ہیں ۔ ترکیہ میں ترکی زبان عربی رسم الخط میں لکھی جاتی تھی۔ کمال اتاترک نے اپنی اصلاحات کے تحت اسے بدل کر رومن حروف میں لکھنے کا حکم دے دیا ۔ سلطنت عثمانیہ کے زمانے کی لکھی جانے والی بیش بہا کتب کا خزانہ موجود ہے ۔لیکن ترک ان کتابوں کو پڑھنے سے قاصر ہیں ۔ افسوس صد افسوس ہماری پاکستانی قوم ہر گزرتے دن کے ساتھ اپنے اردو رسم الخط کو فراموش کرتی جا رہی ہے ۔رومن اردو کی جانب اکثریت کا جھکاؤ کی ایک بڑی وجہ ۔ہم بحیثیت قوم انگریزی زبان سے بے حد مرغوب ہیں ۔ہر ایک نے انگریزی کو سماجی طور پر اعلیٰ مرتبے کی نشانی بنا لیا ہے ورنہ ( Status ) زد میں آجاتا ہے ۔ ہم بھی یہی غلطی دہرا رہے ہیں ۔پاکستان میں دو تین عشرہ سے رومن رسم الخط کا آغاز زوروں پر ہے ۔اس رسم الخط کو عروج موبائل کمپنیوں نے بخشا ۔پھر فیس بک ،ٹوئیٹر اور واٹس ایپ نے پورا حق ادا کیا ہے ۔ ابتداء میں موبائل فونز میں اردو کی بورڈ ( Keyboard)میسر نہیں تھا ۔تو رومن اردو لکھنا سب کی مجبوری تھی ۔اب ایسا کوئی مسئلہ نہیں ۔۔اب اردو “ کی بورڈ” موجود ہونے کے باوجود ہم “ رومن اردو “ چھوڑنے پر راضی نہیں ۔ انگریزی نہ اردو درست لکھنی آتی ہے ۔۔اب اس جنریشن زی کا کیا بنے گا ؟ اردو ادب اور انگریزی ادب کا کیا بنے گا؟ عظیم قومیں جاپان اور چین انٹرنیٹ پر رومن حروف استعمال نہیں کرتے بلکہ اپنا رسم الخط استعمال کرتے ہیں ۔ان کا رسم الخط دنیا کے مشکل ترین رسم الخط میں سے ایک ہے ۔ سوال اٹھتا ہے ۔کیا یہ ہر گھر کا مسئلہ نہیں ہے ؟ کیا یہ لمحہ فکریہ نہیں ؟ 🤔 آپ پر سب سوال چھوڑے جا رہی ہوں 😢😭
