A typical post picks up 28 interactions against 534K followers, an engagement rate of 0.005%. Measured over 25 original posts, its engagement rate beats 25% of 3,917 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 4.1K times each, and 0.69% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 0.76% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 1.7 posts a day over the last 30 days, with activity on roughly 70% of days. Most posts go out around 05:00 UTC, and Wednesday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 25 posts sampled, 40% carry an image or video and 12% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 7.1K interactions, about 255x its own typical post. Recurring topics include #إسرائيل, #ترامب, #سوريا.

Compared with accounts its own size

Shada Omar شدا عمر's engagement rate beats 25% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,917 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 8 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.

On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 43% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0.005%, Shada Omar شدا عمر sits above the 10th percentile of the 37,996 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the bottom 25% band, which runs below 0.012%.

Twenty months. Let's do the scoreboard 🤩 Assad fled to Moscow on 8 December 2024 and has not been heard from since, which is the most useful thing he has done for Syria in fifty years! Since then: The sanctions came off. All of them. The EU in May 2025, the US embargo in June, the Caesar Act repealed in December, and on Monday Syria came off the state sponsors of terrorism list after forty-seven years. Forty-seven. Syria was on that list longer than most of the people arguing about it have been alive. There was an election. October 2025, a 210-member parliament, the first since Assad. A provisional constitution. A roadmap. Boring, procedural, unglamorous, and exactly what nobody thought these people could do. The economy turned. Inflation from 72 percent down to 11. The pound appreciating since the day Assad left, which is its own commentary. The stock exchange reopened. $28 billion in investment pledged. In February the state took back its oil and gas fields and shipped heavy crude for the first time in 14 years. Three million people went home. 1.5 million refugees, 1.7 million internally displaced. Turns out people return when the man bombing them leaves. The coast went from the most dangerous place in Syria in early 2025 to the safest by the end of it. Kurdish became a national language. Citizenship restored to people the 1962 census erased. Newroz a national holiday. Kurdish in classrooms this academic year. And on Tuesday the SDF dissolved itself. One army. Saudi Arabia sent congratulations today. Now here is the part I enjoy. Since December 2024, Syria has taken more than a thousand Israeli air and artillery strikes and at least 825 ground incursions. Its response, every single time, has been diplomacy. A thousand strikes and the man will not take the bait. Netanyahu has been trying to start a war with Damascus for twenty months and Damascus keeps sending negotiators to Amman instead. Katz stood on Mount Hermon this week and told al-Sharaa to look up at the mountain every morning, and al-Sharaa's answer was to hold a ceremony, dissolve a militia, and get himself delisted by Washington on the same day. That is what actually irritates them. Not that Syria is dangerous. That Syria refuses to be. Twenty months. Nobody predicted this. Least of all the people who keep bombing it.

#SaudiTurkeyPakistan #DefensePact #JeddahSummit #IslamicNATO #MiddleEastSecurity

What is Shada Omar شدا عمر's engagement rate on X?
Shada Omar شدا عمر (@Shadaomar) has an engagement rate of 0.005%, based on the median interactions across 25 original posts from the last 30 days against 533,845 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
Is that a good engagement rate?
At 0.005%, Shada Omar شدا عمر sits above the 10th percentile of the 37,996 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
Does @Shadaomar have real engagement?
Its engagement rate beats 25% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,917 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
When does @Shadaomar post?
Most posts go out around 05:00 UTC, and Wednesday is its busiest day, at roughly 1.67 posts per day across the measured window.
