Sean Parnell engagement report
@SeanParnellUSA - 311K followers on X
Measured over 2 original posts from a 30-day window, last computed on October 15, 2026.
Engagement
Early reading. We have captured 2 original posts for this account, below the 8 we require before treating a median as settled. The numbers above describe what we have seen so far, not a finished profile of the account.
A typical post picks up 6.5K interactions against 311K followers, an engagement rate of 2.09%. Posts are seen about 121K times each, and 5.37% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 39.0% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 1.5 posts a day over the last 30 days, with activity on roughly 50% of days. Most posts go out around 13:00 UTC, and Tuesday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 2 posts sampled, 100% carry an image or video and 50% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 13K interactions, about 2.0x its own typical post. Only 2 original posts have been captured so far, fewer than the 8 posts we want behind a median before treating it as settled. Read the figures above as an early measurement of this account, not as a finished profile of it.

Posting timing
This account posts most often around 13:00 UTC, and Tuesday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Formats this account uses
Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.
| Format | This account | Catalog effect | 95% interval | Accounts behind it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Image or video | 100% of posts | +111% | +108% to +115% | 34K |
| Outbound link | 50% of posts | -41% | -42% to -40% | 32K |
| Typical length | - | +15% | +14% to +16% | 32K |
- 100% of this account's sampled posts carry an image or video. Across the catalog, posts with an image or video run 111% above the same accounts' other posts.
- 50% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts, so a large share of this account's output sits in the weakest bucket we measure.
- Its average post runs 683 characters, which falls in the over 280 characters band. Across the catalog, posts over 280 characters run 15% above the same accounts' other posts.
These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

Secretary Hegseth, I have close friends who have been reinstated after refusing the mandated COVID vaccines. You stated how they were treated was wrong and allowed them back with back pay, some with additional rank. Thatās why Iām writing you. Iām being told that military members are still facing vaccine requirements, and the new mRNA flu shot is part of the schedule some commands are treating as mandatory. I implore you to stand up for our volunteer warfighters. They are willing to stand against our enemies. They should not be forced to stand against mandated medical products in the name of ideology or āgreater goodā science. Throw these products out, or at minimum halt any mandate that regresses basic rights. As a service member I took every shot when I was young because I believed it was for the greater good. As an adult paramedic who has seen the damage firsthand, Iāve grown enough to write this request. Please stand with and for our soldiers, Marines, airmen, sailors, Space Force, and Coast Guard. They already carry enough without being forced into decisions that can affect their health for the rest of their lives. Sincerely, Harry Fisher Paramedic God bless

**An Important Father's Day Update** On this Father's Day, I wanted to share a significant personal update. After enduring two challenging years of navigating the hellscape that is our family court system I have been vindicated. Since November of last year, I have had a more favorable custody arrangement than ever before. All my rights have been fully restored. Shared legal and physical custody. And thank God for that. Shortly thereafter, I adopted Melanieās daughters, making me officially a Dad of 5 amazing kids. Each moment spent as their father fills me with immense joy. The journey to this point has been arduous, and I never imagined I would have to fight so hard simply to be a father. However, life often presents us with unexpected challenges, and as difficult as those can be, we have to face them with resolute spirit and hope. Becoming a parent introduces a profound fearāthe fear of something happening to our children. It is a fear that penetrates to the core of our being. To our very soul, really. Life is unpredictable, and as parents, we will inevitably encounter moments of uncertainty, helplessness & outright despair. My own custody battle in November 2021 was such a moment for me. Despite the difficulties, one truth remains: never, ever give up on your children. Ensure they know the depth of your love and your unwavering commitment to them. Even if you do not have all the answers or feel unsure of the right course of action, your presence is what matters most. Being present, whether physically or emotionally, signals to your children that you are with them in every struggle. To the fathers navigating the family court system who may be deprived of your childrenās company today, I deeply empathize with your pain. It is a hell that I would not wish upon my worst enemy. Stay strong. If you canāt afford an attorney, so what. Represent yourself. As a father in family court the deck will always be stacked against you. There will be many unjust moments when you feel like quitting. Donāt. Continue to fight for your children and persevere through the difficulties. The hell will end. Just hang in there. To all the fathers who cherish their sacred role, who protect and provide for their families, God bless you. Your dedication makes America a better place. Happy Fatherās Day.
