Finalmente, el Consejo Nacional Electoral, con mi voto en contra, declaró el ganador de las elecciones 2025, sin contar la totalidad de las actas y sin procesar una sola impugnación violando derechos a candidatos a alcaldes y diputados. El Congreso Nacional en su intento por ocultar esta serie de delitos que en mi carácter de Consejero Propietario denuncié, me condenó con un “juicio político” de inquisición con el voto del partido nacional y partido liberal y me expulsaron del CNE para someterme a una vil persecución por el nuevo Fiscal y la Corte del bipartidismo. Como representante ante el Congreso Nacional, exijo que se investiguen de inmediato las denuncias provenientes de Sudamérica que vinculan al consultor Fernando Cerimedo con la presunta inyección de fondos públicos extranjeros en la campaña de Nasry Asfura.
