Compared with accounts its own size
Sam Okudzeto Ablakwa's engagement rate beats 65% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,775 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 6 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.
On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 85% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

Government of Ghana resumes next phase of evacuations from South Africa following the latest wave of xenophobic attacks. About 1,000 Ghanaians to be brought back home in this phase. We wish to convey heartfelt appreciation to the Pentecost Church in Pretoria and Johannesburg for offering their premises as shelter for Ghanaians who fled their homes awaiting evacuation. Government assures that no Ghanaian would be abandoned in harm’s way. For God and Country 🇬🇭 🙏🏾

Today I honoured an invitation from the distinguished Foreign Minister of Russia, H.E. Sergey Lavrov to undertake a 3-day official visit to Russia. On my first day of this important official visit, we signed a historic Visa Waiver Agreement for holders of Diplomatic and Service Passports. This is the first Visa Waiver Agreement since our two nations established formal bilateral relations in 1958. We shall continue with negotiations for enhanced privileges for all categories of travellers as we bolster trade, investments and people to people exchanges. During our bilateral talks, I conveyed Ghana’s profound appreciation to Russia for supporting and voting for the Ghana-led landmark UN resolution declaring the transatlantic enslavement and racialised chattel as the gravest crime against humanity. This official visit will map out broader areas of strategic cooperation between Ghana and Russia.

I wish to announce, in the spirit of transparency and accountability, that the Foreign Ministry has just been notified by ECOWAS that they have decided to donate US$250,000.00 (about GHS3million) to Ghana for victims of the recent devastating floods. As can be expected, the Foreign Ministry will hand over the entire funds as soon as we receive it in our accounts. The Government of Ghana conveys boundless appreciation to ECOWAS for their solidarity and true African compassion. For God and Country 🇬🇭 🙏🏾

I have been participating in the ECOWAS Council of Ministers meetings in Sierra Leone ahead of today’s convening of the Authority of Heads of State and Government. I commend the ECOWAS Council of Ministers for declaring full support for Ghana’s petition to the African Union against Xenophobia and for their unconditional endorsement of the Accra Next Steps Commitments on Reparatory Justice. We shall keep working tirelessly towards the attainment of Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah’s dream of a united, tolerant and prosperous Africa.

Following my ongoing official visit to Russia, Russian scholarships for Ghanaian students have now been doubled from 120 each academic year to 240. The full scholarships will prioritise courses in AI, engineering, petroleum sciences and pharmaceuticals. Ghana and Russia have additionally agreed to advance cooperation in Ghana’s peaceful nuclear energy programme and green transition objectives as Ghana seeks energy diversification by including 700 MW of nuclear power. Ghana and Russia will also work together on global issues including counterterrorism, climate change and UN reforms.

- What is Sam Okudzeto Ablakwa's engagement rate on X?
- Sam Okudzeto Ablakwa (@S_OkudzetoAblak) has an engagement rate of 0.189%, based on the median interactions across 29 original posts from the last 30 days against 405,453 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
- Is that a good engagement rate?
- At 0.189%, Sam Okudzeto Ablakwa sits above the 50th percentile of the 36,521 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
- Does @S_OkudzetoAblak have real engagement?
- Its engagement rate beats 65% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,775 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
- When does @S_OkudzetoAblak post?
- Most posts go out around 18:00 UTC, and Sunday is its busiest day, at roughly 1.6 posts per day across the measured window.
