The Rwanda Defence Force (RDF) has welcomed a new cohort of young men and women into its ranks following the successful completion of six months of intensive basic military training at the Basic Military Training Centre (BMTC) Nasho in Kirehe District. Today, the Army Chief of Staff of the Rwanda Defence Force (RDF), Maj Gen Vincent Nyakarundi, addressed a joint contingent of RDF and Rwanda National Police personnel at Kami Barracks as they prepared to deploy to Cabo Delgado, Mozambique, to replace their colleagues currently serving on the mission.
