Buenas noticias para el desarrollo de Colombia 🇨🇴! Viene una reforma al procedimiento de la consulta previa sin afectar su núcleo! La consulta previa se respeta. El represamiento, no. Presentamos el plan de destrabe, transformación y sistematización de la Dirección de la Autoridad Nacional de Consulta Previa. Digitalizar el 100 % de los expedientes represados. Ventanilla única digital. Un responsable y una fecha por proceso. Alertas, términos y tablero nacional de control. Comité independiente de seguimiento, que no sustituye a la Autoridad ni decide los procesos. Meta: en 90 días, reducción sustancial del represamiento, decisiones y cierres. El núcleo del derecho no se toca. Lo que se acaba es el expediente sin dueño, el trámite opaco y el proceso que no cierra. Directiva presidencial y proyecto de ley para darle seguridad jurídica, precisión y transparencia al procedimiento. Y una regla de cierre: eliminamos el test de proporcionalidad. No reemplaza el diálogo ni el derecho. Solo evita que, agotada la actuación, el cierre quede suspendido en un trámite adicional sin término. La Autoridad decide con lo que obra en el expediente. Junto al ministro de Defensa @generaljmora y la cúpula del @COL_EJERCITO y la @PoliciaColombia, despegamos en este momento hacia Aguachica, Cesar. En ese bello municipio y en el sur del Cesar confluyen el eje del oro ilegal, el ELN Y el tráfico de combustibles que alimentan el narcotráfico del Catatumbo. El Presidente @ABDELAESPRIELLA ha sido claro en el sentido de que el sur del Cesar necesita una estrategia integral contra el crimen. Vamos a dotar de tecnología de inteligencia y seguridad a esos municipios. Desde @MinInterior contribuiremos a la estrategia antidrones que dirigirá @mindefensa.

Hace apenas unos días, el ELN atacó este batallón en Ocaña con un enjambre de drones cargados con explosivos. Allí cayeron tres de nuestros militares. (Observen video del cráter de una de las bombas 👇) Estuvimos en el lugar con el ministro de Defensa @generaljmora y nuestros comandantes militares y de Policía. También nos reunimos con los alcaldes del Catatumbo para escuchar sus necesidades y tomar decisiones concretas. Por instrucción del presidente @ABDELAESPRIELLA, desde el Ministerio del Interior vamos a priorizar el fortalecimiento de las estaciones de Policía de esta región y su dotación con cámaras, tecnología y sistemas antidrones. El terrorismo también está cambiando sus métodos. El Estado tiene que anticiparse y adaptarse: más presencia territorial, más tecnología y mejores capacidades para proteger a los colombianos. Ante el terrorismo, el Estado no retrocede. Honor y gloria a quienes cayeron defendiendo a Colombia 🇨🇴
