A typical post picks up 3.6K interactions against 83K followers, an engagement rate of 4.36%. Measured over 11 original posts, its engagement rate beats 98% of 20,444 tracked accounts of a similar size. Comparing inside a size band matters here: engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly just re-measure the follower count. Posts are seen about 70K times each, and 5.19% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 84.0% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 2.4 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 7% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 16:00 UTC, and Saturday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 11 posts sampled, 91% carry an image or video and 9% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 20K interactions, about 5.5x its own typical post.

Compared with accounts its own size

Restricted Daily's engagement rate beats 98% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (20,444 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 7 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.

On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 86% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 4.36%, Restricted Daily sits above the 90th percentile of the 205,374 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the top 10% band, which runs 2.55% to 82.4%.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

Ryan Reynolds says ’80s nostalgia “paves over all the trauma” of the “tumultuous” decade: “The 80s was a brutal, brutal time for people. It was a fucking mess and people forget that. It was a tremendous strife. Socio political tensions everywhere. We were still pretty fresh off a Cuban missile crisis, which was only 15-20 years before. It’s a tumultuous period, but you look back at it now and you’re like, ‘Oh, yeah. ‘Top Gun.’ Cocaine!’ Like, ‘No!’ It was really scary.” In Apple TV’s “Mayday,” Reynolds stars as a U.S. Navy pilot who builds an unlikely friendship with an eccentric ex-KGB agent (Kenneth Branagh) obsessed with ’80s American culture. https://t.co/oDB5S9Uc3y

Gloria Steinem was sold to America as a champion for women. I see something very different. Her brand of radical feminism didn’t elevate womanhood. It attacked motherhood, mocked traditional families, devalued femininity, and convinced generations that becoming more like men was somehow liberation. The media called it progress. I call it one of the greatest cultural losses of the last 60 years. Women never needed to become less feminine to become more powerful. Never fold.

WOAH 🚨 You’ve likely heard about the proposed Heartland Visa program that plans to flood 1,700 rural counties in America with foreign workers I had AI analyze those 1,700 counties and roughly 90% of them are White majority towns. This is about ELIMINATING White America This is their map: The think tank that came up with this visa category to flood American communities with foreign workers was co-founded by Facebook’s founding president The plan is to have a path for permanent residency and then they can vote This will completely rig our countries elections and demographics

RIP. Georgia Sergeant Chris Fisher, who gave his life in the line of duty, is the 65th officer lost in 2026. Sergeant Chris Fisher was murdered when he was shot and killed outside the Meriwether County Inn at 5675 Spring Street in Warm Springs around 11:57 p.m. Sergeant Fisher was sitting in his patrol vehicle after completing a traffic stop when a man pulled alongside him and opened fire into his vehicle, killing him at the scene. The suspect fled the scene. The suspected gunman had been arrested and transported to jail by Sergeant Fisher less than a week earlier on felony marijuana charges, possession of a weapon during the commission of a felony, and obstruction of an officer through threats or violence. He was released less than 14 hours after being booked on a total bond of $10,000. Following a manhunt, the shooter was located and later died at a hospital from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Sergeant Fisher began his public safety career at just 18 years old, serving as a jail officer with the Heard County Sheriff’s Office in November 2010. He later returned to the agency before joining the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office, where he served as a deputy and investigator. He also served with the Meriwether County Sheriff’s Office and was promoted to sergeant in 2025. In May 2026, Sergeant Fisher joined the Warm Springs Police Department and was promoted to sergeant less than two months later. Sergeant Fisher came from a law enforcement family. His father also served as a law enforcement officer. He is survived by his wife and two children. 🖤🙏💙🙏🖤

Is that a good engagement rate?
At 4.36%, Restricted Daily sits above the 90th percentile of the 205,374 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
