Early reading. We have captured 5 original posts for this account, below the 8 we require before treating a median as settled. The numbers above describe what we have seen so far, not a finished profile of the account.

A typical post picks up 10K interactions against 723K followers, an engagement rate of 1.44%. Posts are seen about 97K times each, and 10.7% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 13.5% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.27 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 20% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 15:00 UTC, and Sunday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 5 posts sampled, 40% carry an image or video. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 43K interactions, about 4.2x its own typical post. Only 5 original posts have been captured so far, fewer than the 8 posts we want behind a median before treating it as settled. Read the figures above as an early measurement of this account, not as a finished profile of it.

Engagement rate as a share of followers, across the 202,467 accounts we have scanned enough to measure. The axis is logarithmic, because the top and bottom of this population are about 22,932 times apart and a linear axis would flatten everything below the median into a single point.

Posting timing

This account posts most often around 15:00 UTC, and Sunday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

I’m on a plane going home from Mexico and on it with Pac. 1 of my favorite people in the Wrestling. IMO the best Wrestler to come out of England since the 80’s and they were Rollerball Rocco, Marty Jones and Fit Finlay. That’s no knock on the incredible UK talent around today but I come from a time and style where being credible was part of the job. Pac is the only wrestler that when I see him wrestle I think he can beat me up and his wrestling is so much more aggressive and credible. Again, there’s brilliant UK wrestlers who I rate highly and am huge fans of but not as much as him. That’s just me and my opinion. Neville v Aleister Black from the UK tournament in Blackpool is one of my favourite bouts I saw live in the last 20 years. Last nights Roman v Penta rates up there with it. No need to argue as I don’t read comments.

I’m very happy for Sami Zayn winning the WWE Championship. I watched his progress through the ranks from afar as he globetrotted to learn his craft. I met him as an extra talent in Toronto and he couldn’t understand how I knew him without a mask. To being there on his WWE try out and working with him ever since. Hard graft and dedication to your craft pays off. Good stuff.

I’m deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Andy Williams. I enjoyed the time we spent together talking music and old wrestling. A lovely man. Rest well.

I’m sorry to hear of the passing of Bill Dundee. A lad born in Scotland who moved to Australia then came to the US and became a big star in the wrestling. We worked together when I first came here and he helped make my act work. My deepest condolences to his family. Rest well.

While I’m on the subject of Sami Zayn. I knew about Sami before I met him but had never heard him speak but nor had anyone really apart from him saying Ci. I knew he was a brilliant talent but thought he may struggle with the talking. Happy that I was wrong and he ace’d the promos on his try out. That made me think of my own path. I spent 9-1/2 years wrestling in other countries before I came to the US. I never did one wrestling promo as is favored in the US, just press conference style talking. I found the US form very hard and I was very uncomfortable talking on camera. My old friend Tony Schivane set up a camera for me on any day off I had in the CNN center in Atlanta. I spent minimum of 8 hours at a time just talking then watching it back to see and listen to how I sounded. With 3 months WCW we’re having me cut promos on TV. Then I changed to being Lord Steven. I wasn’t one bit comfortable for the next two years with the voice as I was putting on a posh English accent and I don’t have one. It wasn’t until 2-1/2 years later in 1996 after 100’s of promos that I felt like I found Lord Steven’s voice. Constant work, failure in my mind, then something that I felt worked. This gig isn’t easy and never will be but the more you put in the more chances you have of keeping the gig.
