I propose that the 3% required for CSR should be ended. This 3% should be directed towards R&D as mandatory. If a business is not research oriented then it can invest its allocation in some R&D fund.

This is a deeply troubling case. We pray for Ms. Vasamsetty’s health and for a swift and fair determination of the merits of her case by the courts.
