@RRamirezVE - 258K followers on X
Measured over 9 original posts from a 30-day window, last computed on September 8, 2026.
Engagement
A typical post picks up 106 interactions against 258K followers, an engagement rate of 0.041%. Measured over 9 original posts, its engagement rate beats 46% of 6,874 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 23K times each, and 0.452% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 9.08% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 1.1 post a day over the last 30 days, with activity on roughly 53% of days. Most posts go out around 00:00 UTC, and Tuesday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 9 posts sampled, 78% carry an image or video and 56% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 3.1K interactions, about 29x its own typical post. Recurring topics include #atencion, #venezuela, #12agosto.

Compared with accounts its own size
Rafael Ramírez's engagement rate beats 46% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (6,874 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 7 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.
On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 28% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.
Where this sits in the catalog
At 0.041%, Rafael Ramírez sits above the 25th percentile of the 66,128 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the below the median band, which runs 0.016% to 0.1%.

Formats this account uses
Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.
| Format | This account | Catalog effect | 95% interval | Accounts behind it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Image or video | 78% of posts | +111% | +108% to +115% | 34K |
| Outbound link | 56% of posts | -41% | -42% to -40% | 32K |
| Typical length | - | +15% | +14% to +16% | 32K |
- 78% of this account's sampled posts carry an image or video. Across the catalog, posts with an image or video run 111% above the same accounts' other posts.
- 56% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts, so a large share of this account's output sits in the weakest bucket we measure.
- Its average post runs 685 characters, which falls in the over 280 characters band. Across the catalog, posts over 280 characters run 15% above the same accounts' other posts.
These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

#July 24 #Venezuela #OilSector Based on publicly available information from companies and other sources (the government has not reported figures for some time), we have been able to compile the following data on Venezuelan oil exports during the first half of 2026, which we would like to share: - In the first half of 2026, under U.S. control and supervision, 187.1 million barrels of Venezuelan oil were exported - All exports were carried out by private U.S. entities, in accordance with licenses issued by OFAC and accepted by the government under U.S. supervision. - The companies Chevron (40 million barrels), Vitol (51 million barrels), and Trafigura (53 million barrels) control 77% of Venezuelan exports. - Other “operators”—all U.S.-based and authorized by OFAC—have been handling 23% of the exports. - None of the exports are handled through PDVSA’s trade and supply operations. PDVSA NO LONGER EXPORTS OIL. - In the first six months of the year, the price of oil—the benchmark Brent crude—fluctuated between $72 and $120 per barrel as a result of the war in the Persian Gulf, averaging $96 per barrel. The price of Merey 16 crude reached $92 per barrel. - Depending on the type of crude exported—primarily the Merey 16 grade—Venezuelan oil sales between January and June generated $14.3 billion in revenue. These funds were deposited into a U.S. Treasury account in New York and are being administered by the U.S. government, pursuant to Trump’s Executive Order of January 9, which was accepted by the government under U.S. trusteeship. - No one knows anything about how these funds are managed. The only certainty is that they are managed from the U.S. - The daily average export volume in the first six months of the year was 1 million barrels per day, with a low of 450,000 barrels per day in January and a high of 1.35 million barrels per day in April and May. - 65% of exports (120 million barrels) were destined for the U.S.; Asia (India) received 23% of Venezuelan exports (43.5 MBD), while Europe received 10% (20 MBD); the remaining 2% is divided among a few shipments to countries in the region (the Caribbean and Central America). - Exports to China, which stood at 23 million barrels (740 tbd) in December 2025, fell sharply at the beginning of the year, dropping to zero by April 2026. - NOT A SINGLE BARREL OF OIL HAS BEEN SHIPPED TO CUBA (as was the policy following the 2002 coup against President Chávez). - Venezuelan exports are managed in accordance with U.S. commercial and geopolitical interests. - Venezuela is definitively a country under guardianship, subject to a new neocolonial model, which makes our political transition and economic recovery much more difficult.

- What is Rafael Ramírez's engagement rate on X?
- Rafael Ramírez (@RRamirezVE) has an engagement rate of 0.041%, based on the median interactions across 9 original posts from the last 30 days against 258,188 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
- Is that a good engagement rate?
- At 0.041%, Rafael Ramírez sits above the 25th percentile of the 66,128 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
- Does @RRamirezVE have real engagement?
- Its engagement rate beats 46% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (6,874 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
- When does @RRamirezVE post?
- Most posts go out around 00:00 UTC, and Tuesday is its busiest day, at roughly 1.1 posts per day across the measured window.
