Quade Cooper engagement report
@QuadeCooper - 302K followers on X
Measured over 7 original posts from a 30-day window, last computed on September 5, 2026.
Engagement
Early reading. We have captured 7 original posts for this account, below the 8 we require before treating a median as settled. The numbers above describe what we have seen so far, not a finished profile of the account.
A typical post picks up 179 interactions against 302K followers, an engagement rate of 0.059%. Posts are seen about 14K times each, and 1.24% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 4.80% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.23 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 13% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 07:00 UTC, and Saturday is the busiest day of the week. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 5.0K interactions, about 28x its own typical post. Only 7 original posts have been captured so far, fewer than the 8 posts we want behind a median before treating it as settled. Read the figures above as an early measurement of this account, not as a finished profile of it.

Posting timing
This account posts most often around 07:00 UTC, and Saturday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Formats this account uses
Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.
| Format | This account | Catalog effect | 95% interval | Accounts behind it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Image or video | 0% of posts | +111% | +108% to +115% | 34K |
| Outbound link | 0% of posts | -41% | -42% to -40% | 32K |
| Typical length | - | no effect | -2% to -1% | 42K |
- 0% of this account's sampled posts carry an image or video. Across the catalog, posts with an image or video run 111% above the same accounts' other posts.
- 0% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts.
- Its average post runs 225 characters, which falls in the 180 - 280 characters band. Across the catalog, posts of 180 to 280 characters match the same accounts' other posts almost exactly.
These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

43-10 is crazy. Hats off to SA! The new springboks are power and skill.. they never used to run even though they were always on the front foot.. this is why they’re so strong. To think people were taking shots and writing this team off just a few weeks ago

Shout out to coach Dave Rennie. After the way he was treated by our administration in Australia, to now find himself with arguably the biggest job in rugby feels like a little bit of karma. We let one of the best coaches in the game go. Not only did we let him go, we pushed him out the door. So seeing him land on his feet like this, I’m genuinely happy for him. The “what could have been” might still come back to bite us, especially with a home World Cup coming in hot. Funny how the universe works sometimes. Congrats to the All Blacks for appointing not just a top coach, but a good man who understands that the game is about people first. That will play a huge role in their culture. PS. You’re the enemy now though 🤝✊🏽🤎

Where do you rate last nights wallaby performance? Personally it’s the best game of the past 20 years and possibly one of the best I’ve watched in terms of heart resilience and individual skill across the board. Would have been easy to have been happy with a courageous fight back but this team took it one better! Funny what good selection mixed with tactics and belief can do. 🙏🏽💚💛

There are big protests in Japan right now around immigration. As a foreigner, I can see the frustration when people come here with no respect, breaking laws and ignoring rules. Japan isn't always easy to adjust to, but it's their culture that makes Japan what it is. Lose that, and before long it becomes just like everywhere else.

I’ve been watching a lot of Rugby lately, and it got me thinking about how we could speed the game up and open it up a bit more. One idea I had, hear me out. To encourage more offloads and reduce the number of rucks, what if when a team knocks the ball on, they’re not allowed to touch it next which currently results in a scrum. If they do, it’s a long arm penalty. That gives the opposition guaranteed first rights to the ball. They can pick it up and play immediately with a backward pass, or if they want to slow it down, it could work similar to an AFL mark and you have 10 seconds to resume play or it’s a turn over again. If you step off the mark, you’re live and can be tackled. The goal is simple, reward teams that want to play fast, create more chaos, and reduce stoppages? Questions - would this ruin our beautiful game and allow less skilled players to play (which is what most people want inclusivity) Would it make it slower? Faster? There’s nothing wrong with our game?

The part of the game I’m struggling to enjoy right now is the number of long cut out passes being thrown. Bit ironic really, considering I probably threw more than anyone back in the day 🙃

Watched the Wallabies replay this morning and damn, it was a tough watch. I genuinely feel for the players, because it’s clear they’re operating without a real system that gives them a chance to create good match ups. I’ve said it before, but their structure keeps putting them in bad areas of the field, and when that happens the only option left is hoping someone can produce a moment of individual brilliance. No team can thrive like that.
