After MPs criticized the Finance Bill, 2026 in public, 308 of the 348 MNA APPROVED it. 186 avoided Parliament, 122 VOTED for the Bill. 40 stayed in the Chambers and VOTED per their conscience. 2027 is next year. Kenyans will hold relevant political parties/MPs accountable.

Dr. @SarahBireete is VERY STRONG. Checked on her at Buganda Road Court, where she is soon being arraigned on yet to be known charges! She believes they're doing this to silence her and ensure that she's not free by the time Ugandans hold elections. The regime is very worried about her outspoken criticism and exposition of the gaps in the electoral process. Hopefully, the judiciary can do the sensible thing and grant her bail. Our President @HEBobiwine spoke to her on the phone and expressed solidarity with her. #FreeUgandaNow
