A typical post picks up 196 interactions against 114K followers, an engagement rate of 0.172%. Measured over 9 original posts, its engagement rate beats 64% of 20,444 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 1.2K times each, and 15.9% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 1.08% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.63 post a day over the last 30 days, though only 30% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 05:00 UTC, and Wednesday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 9 posts sampled, 100% carry an image or video and 100% are part of a thread. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 1.4K interactions, about 6.9x its own typical post.

Compared with accounts its own size

Phumzile Phago's engagement rate beats 64% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (20,444 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 8 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.

On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 99% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0.172%, Phumzile Phago sits above the 50th percentile of the 205,261 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the above the median band, which runs 0.143% to 0.678%.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

WOMEN IN THE BIBLE 7 Rachel was very beautiful; Jacobโ€™s favourite wife & the mother of Joseph & Benjamin. She tricked her father, who had tricked her husband, who had tricked his twin bro, Esau. Sometimes the person trying to outsmart everyone ends up marrying into a family where everyone has a PhD in Deception! MORAL? Deception attracts deceptionโ€”but thankfully, Godโ€™s grace is bigger than our family dysfunctions. #PhagoFamily

WOMEN IN THE BIBLE 5 Eve was the first woman, created by God to be Adamโ€™s companion and humanityโ€™s mother. Eve chose what made sense to her instead of trusting what God had said. She got burned & went back to God for help. God helped sent Jesus to restore humanityโ€™s status. MORAL? We were made by God, for God, and we desperately need God. Ignoring God leads to problems. #PhagoFamily

You aren't alone. Today, we dive into the "why" behind one of the most powerful spiritual disciplines: Fasting. While the New Testament doesnโ€™t give us a rigid command to fast, Jesus didnโ€™t say "If you fast"โ€”He said, "When you fast" (Matthew 6:16). He expected His followers to fast. And guess what? Jesus fasted. His disciples fasted. Paul fasted. They showed us the way! ๐—ง๐—›๐—˜ ๐—•๐—œ๐—•๐—Ÿ๐—œ๐—–๐—”๐—Ÿ ๐—ฃ๐—ฅ๐—œ๐—ก๐—–๐—œ๐—ฃ๐—Ÿ๐—˜ Jesus made it clear in Matthew 9:15: "The days will come when the bridegroom is taken away from them, and then they will fast." We are in those days now. Fasting isn't a hunger strike to force Godโ€™s hand; God doesn't need to change. Fasting changes us. It quiets the noise of the body so the whisper of the Spirit becomes a roar. Fasting is our way of saying, "Lord, I am hungrier for You than I am for this meal." We aren't walking this path alone. We follow a "cloud of witnesses" who knew that breakthroughs often require a disciplined body: โ€ข Jesus started His ministry with a 40-day fast, overcoming the enemy through the Word. Daniel persisted in fasting for 21 days, refusing "choice food" until the heavenly vision came (Daniel 10:3). The Early Church fasted and prayed before sending out missionaries, seeking God's strategy over their own (Acts 13:3). Ezra called a fast to humble the people and petition God for a safe journey and protection (Ezra 8:21). You are a spirit, you have a soul, and you live in a body. Usually, the body wants to be the boss! Fasting puts the spirit back in the driver's seat. Here is how you can step in today: 1. The Daniel Fast: Focus on fruits and vegetables, denying yourself "pleasant foods" to sharpen your focus. 2. The Intermittent Fast: Abstain from food from 6am to 6pm, using your hunger pangs as a "prayer bell." 3. The Complete Fast: Consuming only water/liquids while saturating yourself in the Word. Ready to try? Start simple: Skip a meal, fast from 6am-6pm, or go for a partial fast. Replace that hunger with time in Godโ€™s presence. Pro-Tip: If you just stop eating, youโ€™re just on a diet. To fast, you must replace the mealtime with Prayer and Scripture! โ€” Matthew 6:17-18 Keep it real, keep it private, and watch God move in your life! ๐Ÿ”ฅ 21 DAYS OF PRAYER โ€“ DAY 13: PRAYER IS A HABIT, NOT A MOOD ๐Ÿ”ฅ Letโ€™s be realโ€”prayer is WORK. It doesnโ€™t just โ€œhappen.โ€ It doesnโ€™t flow just because we meant to pray. Prayer takes discipline. And where discipline is weak, habits of sin often grow strong. Hereโ€™s a hard but loving question: Are you prayingโ€ฆ or are you constantly fighting the same sins? The truth? A praying life starves sin. A prayerless life feeds it. Good intentions are easy. Execution is rare. Heaven responds to discipline. If you want to stop sinning, start praying. Not occasionally. Habitually. Nike said it bestโ€”JUST DO IT. ๐Ÿ™ โธป ๐Ÿ“Œ PRINCIPLE โ€œPray at all timesโ€ฆโ€ (Ephesians 6:18) Not only when itโ€™s convenient. Not only when things fall apart. All. The. Time. (See also: 1 Thessalonians 5:17 โ€“ โ€œPray without ceasing.โ€) โธป ๐Ÿ” EXAMPLE Jesus didnโ€™t pray when He felt like itโ€”He prayed because it was His lifestyle. โ€ข Early morning? He prayed. Late at night? He prayed. Before major decisions? He prayed. After major victories? He prayed. Prayer wasnโ€™t His backup planโ€”it was His foundation (Luke 5:16). Daniel? Same story. Three times a day. No excuses. No breaks. No fear. Prayer was so habitual that even a death threat couldnโ€™t stop him (Daniel 6:10). โธป ๐Ÿ›  STEP-BY-STEP APPLICATION What you feed grows. If you feed the flesh, it will dominate. If you feed the spiritโ€”through the Word and prayerโ€”it will lead. โ€œWalk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh.โ€ (Galatians 5:16) ๐Ÿ’ฌ PRAY THIS PRAYER: Heavenly Father, forgive me for every sin and every moment of spiritual laziness. Help me develop a strong, consistent habit of prayer. As I commit these next 21 days to You, teach me to pray dailyโ€”alone, with my family, in small groups, and with my church. Strengthen my spirit to rule over my flesh. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen. โธป ๐Ÿ“– VERSE OF THE DAY โ€œBut solid food is for the mature, who by constant use have trained themselves to distinguish good from evil.โ€ (Hebrews 5:14) ๐Ÿ‘‰ Maturity isnโ€™t magicโ€”itโ€™s practice. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Break bad habits by building holy ones. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Prayer today. Power tomorrow. ๐Ÿ’ฅ #PhagoFamily

Reading these numbers

What is Phumzile Phago's engagement rate on X?
Phumzile Phago (@PhumzilePhago) has an engagement rate of 0.172%, based on the median interactions across 9 original posts from the last 30 days against 114,188 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
Is that a good engagement rate?
At 0.172%, Phumzile Phago sits above the 50th percentile of the 205,261 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
Does @PhumzilePhago have real engagement?
Its engagement rate beats 64% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (20,444 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
When does @PhumzilePhago post?
Most posts go out around 05:00 UTC, and Wednesday is its busiest day, at roughly 0.63 posts per day across the measured window.
