A typical post picks up 30 interactions against 108K followers, an engagement rate of 0.028%. Measured over 23 original posts, its engagement rate beats 30% of 20,444 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 9.9K times each, and 0.304% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 9.14% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 1.5 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 20% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 13:00 UTC, and Thursday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 23 posts sampled, 22% carry an image or video. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 1.9K interactions, about 64x its own typical post.

Compared with accounts its own size

Pharmdca's engagement rate beats 30% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (20,444 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 7 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.

On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 15% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0.028%, Pharmdca sits above the 25th percentile of the 205,152 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the below the median band, which runs 0.024% to 0.143%.

Engagement rate as a share of followers, across the 205,152 accounts we have scanned enough to measure. The axis is logarithmic, because the top and bottom of this population are about 22,894 times apart and a linear axis would flatten everything below the median into a single point.

They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

  • 0% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts.
  • Its average post runs 309 characters, which falls in the over 280 characters band. Across the catalog, posts over 280 characters run 15% above the same accounts' other posts.

These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

$XBI #BIOTECHS $VKTX $PCVX $ABVX $AXSM $BBIO ETC. SIGNS of Capitulation in any sector but this tweet is primarily for the Biotech sector. 1. Sharp, indiscriminate selling across the sector with names sold off on positive news, strong balance sheets, and fundamentals. That’s classic late‑stage capitulation. 2. Heavy volume on red candles resulting primarily from forced selling, margin calls, weak hands exiting. 3. Positive news gets faded instantly. This is classic. Recently two names sold off $VKTX $PCVX Biotech seasonality at work which I mentioned since July of this year. Positive good PH2/PH3 results, partnerships, or FDA updates get ignored. That’s a hallmark of exhaustion selling. 4. This is my favorite one. Social sentiment turns extremely negative. Every other person is frustrated with recent price action and typically you see Retail frustration like, ā€œbiotech is dead,ā€ ā€œI’m done with this sector,ā€ etc. Emotional capitulation always shows up before price bottoms. 5. Correlation goes to 1 Everything trades together — winners, losers, cash‑rich names, even defensive plays. That’s the washout phase. 6. Price Stabilization despite continued bad sentiment Price stops going down even though fear remains high. That’s usually the bottom forming.

Two names reported excellent data. Both became victims of weak biotech sentiment, and the shorts took full advantage. $PCVX: Added a meaningful position around $65 (posted on X). $VKTX: Added a large position through January 2028 LEAPS below $30. Own shares as well. It's all about sentiment. Most biotech stocks have sold off amid seasonal weakness and rising yields. The fundamentals did not deteriorate. The data remains intact. When risk appetite returns and biotech sentiment improves, these are the kinds of opportunities that, in hindsight, reward patient shareholders the most.

Biotech Investors- Seeing a HAMMER on $XBI chart. Bullish intraday rejection / hammer-like candle, but not yet a high-conviction reversal hammer. $146 bounce from this support area. Would be bullish if $XBI recaptures $151-$152 area. A strong green follow-through day tomorrow would be bullish or bottom forming trend.

Great Lesson Focus on the things that truly matter. When you prioritize what’s important, there will always be room for the smaller things. But if you fill your life with the small things first, you may leave no room for what matters most. Similarly as an Investor- Don’t let the small things take up all your attention. Keep the big picture in focus, prioritize what truly matters, and don’t let short-term noise distract you from your long-term goals.

What is Pharmdca's engagement rate on X?
Pharmdca (@Pharmdca) has an engagement rate of 0.028%, based on the median interactions across 23 original posts from the last 30 days against 108,113 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
Is that a good engagement rate?
At 0.028%, Pharmdca sits above the 25th percentile of the 205,152 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
Does @Pharmdca have real engagement?
Its engagement rate beats 30% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (20,444 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
When does @Pharmdca post?
Most posts go out around 13:00 UTC, and Thursday is its busiest day, at roughly 1.5 posts per day across the measured window.
