Informamos una agresión ilegítima en Santa Isabel Ishuatán, Sonsonate Este. Un equipo de las Fuerzas Especiales fue atacado con arma de fuego por varios sujetos, mientras patrullaban y verificaban información recibida mediante denuncias. Nuestros policías respondieron, y como resultado un terrorista falleció en el hospital al que fue trasladado. Fue identificado como José Manuel Navarro Pérez, alias Chucha, de la MS13, quien tenía orden de captura judicial por el delito de extorsión agravada y robo agravado. El personal policial resultó ileso.

Según la información preliminar, ambas personas fallecieron por inhalación de monóxido de carbono. En el lugar fue encontrado encendido el vehículo en el que habían llegado al establecimiento.

Fue intervenida mediante un patrullaje y tras consultar en nuestro sistema ONI corroboramos su pertenencia a la estructura criminal. Esta mujer era la compañera de vida de un palabrero. Tiene antecedentes delictivos por agrupaciones ilícitas, limitación ilegal a la libre circulación y resistencia. Gracias al trabajo conjunto con las autoridades de Costa Rica, fue ubicado, capturado y deportado a El Salvador. De inmediato será puesto ante un tribunal de Sonsonate, para que enfrente sus hechos. Rubén Alexander Andrade Umaña, de 23 años de edad, chocó con varios carros que se encontraban parqueados. Sucedió en el cantón Monte Grande y calle España, San Miguel. Los dueños de los vehículos al escuchar el impacto salieron de sus viviendas y encontraron a Andrade en evidente estado de ebriedad. Al realizale el alcotest resultó con 196° de alcohol. Con el rostro cubierto y portando un desarmador con el que intimidó a la víctima, Luis Alberto Calderón Hidalgo, de 33 años de edad, ingresó a una tienda de conveniencia, amenazó a la encargada y le exigió el dinero de la venta, que correspondía a $175. Esto hechos ocurrieron en la colonia Esperanza, distrito y departamento de La Unión. Tras la denuncia activamos un dispositivo de búsqueda y apoyados con las cámaras de videovigilancia, le dimos seguimiento hasta ubicarlo en flagrancia en su vivienda. Esta mañana ejecutamos un procedimiento en Santa Tecla, La Libertad, que finalizó con la detención de tres personas. ▪️José Manuel Vieitez Sánchez, con antecedentes por lesiones culposas en 2020. ▪️Andre Michelle Martínez Quiroz ▪️José Manuel Ayala Bonilla Fuimos alertados sobre disparos en una colonia de la zona, el sujeto que los realizó huyó en un vehículo. Con el rastreo de nuestras Fuerzas Especiales, lo ubicamos cerca del redondel Utila, del mismo distrito, donde lo capturamos. Mientras que en la casa de los hechos, se detuvo a otras 2 personas relacionadas con el caso, ahí se encontró además varias cantidades de droga. Preliminarmente serán remitidos por tráfico ilícito, mientras las investigaciones determinan otros delitos. #PlanControlTerritorial
