Chris engagement report
@OneyNG - 393K followers on X
Measured over 1 original post from a 30-day window, last computed on August 31, 2026.
Engagement
Early reading. We have captured 1 original post for this account, below the 8 we require before treating a median as settled. The numbers above describe what we have seen so far, not a finished profile of the account.
A typical post picks up 7.1K interactions against 393K followers, an engagement rate of 1.80%. Posts are seen about 163K times each, and 4.33% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 41.6% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.03 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 3% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 20:00 UTC, and Saturday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 1 posts sampled, 100% carry an image or video. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 20K interactions, about 2.8x its own typical post. Only 1 original post have been captured so far, fewer than the 8 posts we want behind a median before treating it as settled. Read the figures above as an early measurement of this account, not as a finished profile of it.

This account posts most often around 20:00 UTC, and Saturday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Welp sorry to be annoying on the timeline, but I wanted to tell people who struggle with back pain how I solved mine. I didn’t want to publicly say this until I was 100% sure of it, but if you have a chronic pain thing of any kind read these books Healing back pain by Sarno and The Nervous system reset Struggled with horrible back pain for 7 years straight. Did physical therapy for a few years, lay hanging in torture devices to realign my spine over a year, acupuncture, lost weight, epidural shot. Nothing worked. Simply reading the books did. Some people are healed as soon as they read the books, for me it took about a year of practicing what the books preach. Not fully there but I’m 80% better than I was. I still have flare ups but waaaaay less than I did before. I went to 4 separate spine surgeons who were all ready to operate on me, but one of them thankfully convinced me to read that Sarno book first. He could tell from meeting me that I had all of the personality traits of a person who would suffer back pain. It’s actually pretty predictable. Perfectionists, people pleasers, repressed emotions, the book has way more. He said that he knew if he operated on me, I would still feel pain regardless, because most people who get back surgery don’t feel much better, or the pain will travel somewhere new. Long story short, your brain creates pain to protect you. Repressing emotions consistently can also trick your brain into thinking they are a threat and it creates pain to distract you from them. Doctors telling you you are fucked makes you more scared therefore creates more pain. They will point out, bulging discs, stenosis, and abnormal growths on your spine, but for some reason, never mention that most people have these things and cause zero pain. There’s way more to it, but that’s the gist of it. Get that damn book, I regret not reading it at the start. Unfortunately, I’ve realized that most back pain is kind of a word-of-mouth thing that infects people when you start worrying them about it. So probably by talking about it a lot it has probably made people worry about it therefore causing it lol sorry about that. Good news is you can undo it. And if this all sounds schizo, I thought so too 🤷 your brain can do some crazy things. Same idea as phantom pain, you can feel things without your arm, even really being there. Anyway teehee done talking about it hope everyone is doing well

Really great in depth article about Bowlbo at TooManyGames. ONLY thing I’ll say is I don’t think Jake meant to say the game will be out in 3 months. We’re putting the TMG demo on steam soon, that’s what he meant. Keep an eye out ! https://t.co/22HZRax4IS
