🇲🇽⚽ Al término del partido entre México y Chequia en la Copa del Mundo 2026, un automovilista embistió contra el cruce entre el Paseo de la Marina y la Avenida Ignacio Zaragoza en Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur. Según el reporte de La Jornada, 17 fueron atropelladas, de las cuales 10 quedaron lesionadas y una de ellas permanece en estado grave, producto de un traumatismo craneoencefálico. El sujeto, que manejaba un Volkswagen Jetta, embistió contra la multitud mientras intentaba pasar la calle. 🚨#ÚltimaHora I La #SCJN determinó negar el amparo contra una orden de aprehensión a partir de fijar el estándar constitucional que en términos probatorios deben cumplirse para librarla en el sistema penal acusatorio. 🔎 El Pleno estableció que no se necesita prueba plena, sino datos suficientes para suponer razonablemente que hubo delito y probable participación de la persona imputada. ✅ En el caso concreto, un juzgado de distrito había concedido la protección constitucional para dejar sin efectos un mandamiento de captura solicitado tras denuncias de la Unidad de Inteligencia Financiera, por presuntos delitos de delincuencia organizada y operaciones con recursos de procedencia ilícita; la SCJN revocó esa decisión y la orden se mantiene vigente. 📄 Amparo en Revisión 435/2025.
