A typical post picks up 870 interactions against 2.4M followers, an engagement rate of 0.036%. Measured over 16 original posts, its engagement rate beats 66% of 330 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 116K times each, and 0.75% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 4.76% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.77 post a day over the last 30 days, though only 37% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 15:00 UTC, and Tuesday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 16 posts sampled, 81% carry an image or video. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 35K interactions, about 40x its own typical post. Recurring topics include #healthsummitke, #healthsummitke2026, #rutoatfour.

Compared with accounts its own size

-Dennis Itumbi, CBS's engagement rate beats 66% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (330 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 4 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.

On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 49% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0.036%, -Dennis Itumbi, CBS sits above the 25th percentile of the 9,573 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the below the median band, which runs 0.006% to 0.045%.

Engagement rate as a share of followers, across the 9,573 accounts we have scanned enough to measure. The axis is logarithmic, because the top and bottom of this population are about 462,938 times apart and a linear axis would flatten everything below the median into a single point.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

Ruto just spent 40 minutes trying to create a false equivalence between our national values set out in the constitution and his so called “development”. Kenyans, please trust me when i tell you there is a reason the Preamble comes before Article 43. You don’t get to the “development “ clauses until and unless you have taken into account the reasons we passed this constitution in the first place. Democracy, Human Rights, Freedom, Equality, Rule of Law and Social Justice.

The Fourth President is firmly in control. He has practically rearranged the entire game board. Sifuna is OUT OF the ticket. The ticket is now Kalonzo and Ruaraka Land Thief. Sifuna, will be offered Foreign Affairs. He is happy. Meanwhile, Jofri made a quick attempt to court Natembeya, but the Trans Nzoia governor politely declined. Natembeya is focused on defending his seat and positioning himself strategically for the 2032 succession politics. The chessboard remains active, and the dice continue to roll. Within the SKM centre, there is considerable scepticism about the Ruaraka land thief as the running mate. Their view is that he muddies what is otherwise a Mr. Clean ticket while adding little political value to the equation. The only problem is that coalition is looking for a godfather, and with the Fourth President appearing to be their most realistic source of sponsorship, dissent will remain muted. For now, sina mengi ya kusema.

The STANDARD, sorry gMoi manual Tweet handle, is running the country's BIGGEST FACTORY of FAKE NEWS. At its heart is a NEWSROOM fueled by SPIN, stripped of SOUL, and dressed in the HIGH HEELS of SENSATIONALISM. Meanwhile, ongoing, STADIUMS, new HIGHWAYS, Affordable HOUSING, Mama Mboga MARKETS, higher COFFEE prices, broader SHA coverage, cheaper FERTILIZER, digital ROYALTY payments, lower INTEREST rates, NYOTA, Kazi Majuu, and the BOLDEST TEA and Sugar REFORMS. On one thing, I agree with STANDARD that the RESULTS in President @WilliamsRuto's Plan are too SERIOUS for their TABLOID version of JOURNALISM. Sina mengi ya kusema kwa sasa.

There is a troubling new brand of politics taking root in the Mountain. Intimidation, threats and fear. Last night, I had to help evacuate TWENTY UDA mobilizers from Rurii, Ol Kalou. They were so shaken that their only request was to spend the night at a police station, believing it was the only place they would be safe. I have since arranged and paid for hotel accommodation for them, where they remain as they await calm. This is not who we are. No Kenyan should live in fear because of their political beliefs. Democracy thrives on persuasion, not intimidation, on ideas, not threats. I urge the Police Service to move swiftly against those instigating violence, issuing threats, or terrorizing fellow citizens. The law must protect every Kenyan equally. Elections should never turn neighbours into enemies. We can compete fiercely at the ballot, shake hands afterwards, and continue building our communities together. Hii siasa ya vitisho na kuuza uoga tuachane nayo. We beat Jofri in other by-elections we embraced those who lost, why should anyone be chased because they disagreed and lost on the ballot? Apana.

Ndugu Sifuna, your photographer FAILED you. The propaganda imeangushwa na one small and important detail. It clearly shows KAZI INAFANYIKA. The machine in the background is used to build roads. Just FYI. Asante for confirming that President @WilliamsRuto and Governor Governor @gladyswanga are delivering. There is stuff you cannot hide. Sina mengi ya kusema kwa sasa.

Hon. Kaguchia, This is NOT politics, it is the kind of thing DEMOCRACY should never allow to go unpunished. Translation. 1. To speak the truth, here in Kieni, should we see any support or vote for Kasongo or anyone who supports him, we will follow them to their homes and I swear we will remove them from under their beds 2. We will keep a record of all those supporting Kasongo. Because we can not allow anyone to support Kasongo after what he did to RG...... 3. If you support Kasongo we will NOT bury you, if you have dowry, you will take goats to Sugoi and if you get sick, you will go get SHA in Sugoi. Fear and Intimidation of voters should have no part in democracy. Sina Mengi ya Kusema kwa sasa.

-Dennis Itumbi, CBS (@OleItumbi) has an engagement rate of 0.036%, based on the median interactions across 16 original posts from the last 30 days against 2,436,708 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
Is that a good engagement rate?
At 0.036%, -Dennis Itumbi, CBS sits above the 25th percentile of the 9,573 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
