Posting timing

This account posts most often around 00:00 UTC, and Thursday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

  • 11% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts.
  • Its average post runs 445 characters, which falls in the over 280 characters band. Across the catalog, posts over 280 characters run 15% above the same accounts' other posts.

These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

It is always great hanging with Morris Chestnut this morning for breakfast. • He is the Lead star of CBS’s “Watson”, Lead Star of NBC’s “The Enemy Within” and Lead Star of Fox’s, “Rosewood”. • And the Lead star of the Best Man Motion Picture trilogy. One of the most humble Hollywood superstar actors you will ever meet. Just a great honest/ethical human being and more importantly great friend. • We met this morning discussing our 10 Day Belly Reset national publicity tour launching January 12th, 2027. We are excited to embark on this huge national media tour our publicity Team is setting up for our big book launch. • We are motivated to see if two black co-authors can sell a gut health book nationally just as well as any medical doctor. Especially since they own that gut health author space. What an incredible motivation and challenge we have😊🙏🙏❤️❤️ #guthealth #the10daybellyreset #guthealthmatters

Some of you may know I’ve been a monthly health & wellness contributor to the Daily Flash TV show for a couple of months. • Starting September 15th with the launch of their 8th season. • I will have a weekly permanent health and wellness segment TV role to this TV show. My segment will air every Thursday. • My weekly branded Tv role will be called, “Healthy Living Today with Obi”. I signed my agreement last week. • I am grateful for this opportunity and platform as it is very rare these days to be a health & wellness expert and to have a regular national TV role. This is what AI said how rare that is: • “Securing a weekly national television platform as a health and wellness expert is extraordinarily rare—literally a "one-in-a-million" achievement within the industry. A weekly national TV slot, it means they have bypassed a saturated market of online influencers to achieve the absolute pinnacle of mainstream media authority.” • I did some research on this and as of September of 2026 there are currently 0 black health and wellness professionals that hold a recurring weekly expert role on a national syndicated TV show. I would be the only black health and wellness expert in this country who would hold a weekly health and wellness expert TV role on a national syndicated TV show. • Daily Flash TV show is a national syndicated daily talk show that airs in over 200 stations nationally across the country and globally via the American Forces Network. • All the glory goes to God for this opportunity! Why? Because I am not better than anybody, he just chose me out of so many for this opportunity. I am very grateful and feel very blessed! • #health #motivation #success #wellness #tvseries #nutritionist • Photo Credit: Jason Ellis

I don’t know if people realize how fast this performance was by Carl Lewis. He ran 9.86 winning the 1991 world championships in the. 100 meter race with the worst start I have ever seen. • He was literally two steps behind everybody. If he had a decent start in this race he runs low 9.7 and high 9.6. • And if you modernize this race with the better spikes and modernized fast current track right now and the same stuff these guys are on then this race is in 9.5’s. It’s one of the greatest 100 meter races ever. • The best second 50 acceleration next to Bolt. #track #sprinting

Contest On-Stage Shape Vs Non-Contest Shape. • The picture above was one day after a big fitness world championship competition and I was about 190lbs. • And the second picture below is what I look like every day now eating normally and enjoying life which is my non-contest shape at 215lbs. • Being in contest on stage shape is 1000% unhealthy. Your body is an extreme deficit and completely dehydrated. Although you might look perfect from the outside aesthetically. • Your body is screaming for quality nutrients, food and water. Anybody that tries to sell you that they are in good health being in this red danger super lean zone is absolutely full of shit.🤦🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️ • You can still be fit without being in contest on stage shape. • People ask me all the time what is your Bodyfat and I say I don’t care and I don’t know anymore. 🤷🏿‍♀️• The mirror, my energy levels and how I feel is my gauge. • 100% natural! • #motivation #Inspiration #fitness
