A typical post picks up 273 interactions against 529K followers, an engagement rate of 0.052%. Measured over 17 original posts, its engagement rate beats 57% of 3,792 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 52K times each, and 0.52% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 9.93% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 2.2 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 43% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 15:00 UTC, and Monday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 17 posts sampled, 59% carry an image or video and 18% are part of a thread. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 3.7K interactions, about 14x its own typical post.

Compared with accounts its own size

Notion's engagement rate beats 57% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,792 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 7 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.

On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 34% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0.052%, Notion sits above the 25th percentile of the 36,654 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the below the median band, which runs 0.012% to 0.08%.

Engagement rate as a share of followers, across the 36,654 accounts we have scanned enough to measure. The axis is logarithmic, because the top and bottom of this population are about 106,977 times apart and a linear axis would flatten everything below the median into a single point.

Posting timing

This account posts most often around 15:00 UTC, and Monday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Every company needs killer Skills library. Not a folder in GitHub that 10% of the company knows how to use. A living library the whole company benefits from. The best deal review skill gets better every time a sales rep uses it. A great research skill gets discovered instead of rebuilt 50 times. Creating a skill should be as easy as asking to create something useful from based on the context of your work. And the top skills (and skill creators) should rise to the top. Create, share, collaborate on, discover and understand usage of skills, organize them into databases by team or use case, then use them across any of your agents. Still early, but the idea is to make Notion the best home for your company’s collective AI skills. Made a quick demo (all available now)!

I used to not like Notion... But now I do. Why? Because I don't need to teach people on the team how to use it. Agents maintain everything. All information about the business is viewable by my agents. When something gets done, the agents update the database in notion. And I even have agents run every hour to see if everything was updated correctly. It's working flawlessly so far.

Your team writes the spec in Notion. You build with Codex. Notion MCP brings them together. Try it: ask Codex to read the spec, find where the code diverged, and write those gaps back into the page. The work happens in the repo. Then writes the update back to Notion. https://t.co/jPeLUX1kS3

Skills for your whole team are here. Most agents start from scratch. Skills teach them how your team already works. Ask your Notion Agent to turn your team’s best work into a skill… then share it, let your agent load it automatically, or use it with your local agents. https://t.co/bw2igoLRNY

Reading these numbers

What is Notion's engagement rate on X?
Notion (@NotionHQ) has an engagement rate of 0.052%, based on the median interactions across 17 original posts from the last 30 days against 528,786 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
Is that a good engagement rate?
At 0.052%, Notion sits above the 25th percentile of the 36,654 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
Does @NotionHQ have real engagement?
Its engagement rate beats 57% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,792 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
When does @NotionHQ post?
Most posts go out around 15:00 UTC, and Monday is its busiest day, at roughly 2.23 posts per day across the measured window.
