A typical post picks up 234 interactions against 5.0M followers, an engagement rate of 0.005%. Measured over 101 original posts, its engagement rate beats 35% of 3,739 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 161K times each, and 0.146% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 3.22% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 5.1 posts a day over the last 30 days, with activity on almost every day in the window. Most posts go out around 18:00 UTC, and Sunday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 101 posts sampled, 65% carry an image or video, 13% are part of a thread and 19% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 7.1K interactions, about 31x its own typical post. Recurring topics include #kornferryafterdark, #livgolf, #new.

Compared with accounts its own size

No Laying Up's engagement rate beats 35% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,739 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 10 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.

On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 14% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0.005%, No Laying Up sits above the 10th percentile of the 36,378 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the bottom 25% band, which runs below 0.012%.

Engagement rate as a share of followers, across the 36,378 accounts we have scanned enough to measure. The axis is logarithmic, because the top and bottom of this population are about 107,364 times apart and a linear axis would flatten everything below the median into a single point.

Posting timing

This account posts most often around 18:00 UTC, and Sunday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

According to multiple people I spoke with Michael Block walked off the course in the Senior European Tour event after the 12th hole today in the final round of the PGA Seniors According to the multiple people I spoke with, the word in the locker room was he didn't say anything to his playing partners. Multiple people said it was known Block was frustrated with the course conditions. This morning he showed up to his tee time late and was given a two-stroke penalty. He shot an opening nine of 43 and after a bogey on 12, he walked in. On the leaderboard he is listed as a DQ. He was in the field on a sponsors exemption.

Ryder Cowan had two golf balls in his bag to face fourth-ranked amateur Miles Russell on Wednesday at the U.S. Amateur. TWO – one new one, and another "fairly used" after he forgot the rest at his hotel. He used the new one for 10 holes, then the other for the remaining seven before closing out Russell, 2 and 1, with a chip-in at No. 17.

What is No Laying Up's engagement rate on X?
No Laying Up (@NoLayingUp) has an engagement rate of 0.005%, based on the median interactions across 101 original posts from the last 30 days against 4,985,079 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
Is that a good engagement rate?
At 0.005%, No Laying Up sits above the 10th percentile of the 36,378 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
Does @NoLayingUp have real engagement?
Its engagement rate beats 35% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,739 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
When does @NoLayingUp post?
Most posts go out around 18:00 UTC, and Sunday is its busiest day, at roughly 5.1 posts per day across the measured window.
