مناشدة عاجلة إلى أصحاب الضمائر الحية وجميع منظمات حقوق الإنسان المحلية والدولية، وإلى نشطاء المجتمع المدني والعاملين في المجال الإنساني والحقوقي وكافة فئات المجتمع اليمني، أنا لست زوجة مناضل سياسي . أنا زوجة إنسان مناضل في المجال الصحي والإنساني على مدار ثلاثة عقود. لا يزال زوجي الدكتور علي أحمد المضواحي معتقلًا ظلمًا وقسرًا منذ 8 يونيو 2024، دون أي مبرر ودون أي مسوغ قانوني، في ظروف قاسية وغير إنسانية، وهو الذي أفنى حياته في خدمة أطفال اليمن من خلال برامج الصحة العامة والبرامج الوقائية والتوعوية التي أنقذت أطفالًا وأسرًا في كافة اليمن شمالًا وجنوبًا. بعد أكثر من 800 يوم من الاعتقال التعسفي والإخفاء القسري والتعذيب والحبس الانفرادي والضغط النفسي والإخضاع والإكراه، دون أي تهمة معلنة، تفاجأنا بإحالة الدكتور علي المضواحي إلى ما يُعرف بالمحكمة الجزائية المتخصصة في صنعاء ضمن إجراءات مغلقة، من دون إبلاغ مسبق بصورة واضحة بطبيعة التهم الموجهة إليه. وقد خضع لثلاث جلسات مغلقة دون السماح للمحامين بالاطلاع على ملف القضية أو تصوير الملف أو الانفراد بالدكتور علي، وطلبوا منه الرد على ما يزعمون أنه ملف مكوّن من 5 آلاف صفحة ووثيقة، زعموا أنها أُخرجت من الأجهزة التي صادروها، كالكمبيوتر واللابتوب وغيرها. وكانت هذه المراسلات والوثائق معظمها باللغة الإنجليزية، وترجموها إلى اللغة العربية، وضخّموا الملف تضخيمًا مبالغًا فيه، في ظل غياب الضمانات الإنسانية للدفاع، خصوصًا ما يتعلق بتمكين المحامين من الاطلاع على ملف القضية، والانفراد بموكلهم، ومناقشة الاتهامات الموجهة إليه بصورة قانونية. الدكتور علي، رغم أنه تعرض للتعذيب الجسدي والنفسي الشديد، إلا أنه رفض أن يُنتزع منه ما أرادوا، وأرادوا منه أن يقول إن اللقاحات مضرة للأطفال. رغم ما مر به، إلا أنه رفض هذا الشيء، وأجبروه تحت التعذيب الجسدي والضغط النفسي على التوقيع والتبصيم على بياض. استمرار اعتقاله وجع نعيشه كل يوم، وأعيش وجع الصمت الذي يواجه مناشداتي منذ يوم اعتقاله، وكأن لا أحد يسمع. أكثر من 800 يوم وهو مغيّب قسرًا، وأنا أطرق كل باب سرًا وعلنًا دون أي تجاوب. صوتي يطالب بالإنصاف والعدالة، وأصوات الأوفياء من المتضامنين يجب أن ترتفع ليسمعها العالم. إلى متى يستمر هذا الصمت؟ إلى متى يُترك الدكتور علي خلف القضبان؟ وبأي ذنب يُعاقب؟ وطنية الدكتور علي لا تحتاج إلى إثبات أو تبرير، فبقاؤه في اليمن في أحلك الظروف كان الدليل الأوضح. كان بإمكانه أن يهاجر، لكنه آثر البقاء إيمانًا برسالته الإنسانية. إن استمرار اعتقال الدكتور علي ليس انكسارًا للأسرة فقط، بل امتحان ضمير الوطن بأكمله. نناشد كل الضمائر الحية وجميع منظمات حقوق الإنسان المحلية والدولية وكافة فئات المجتمع اليمني بالتدخل العاجل والضغط بكل السبل الممكنة لإنقاذ حياة زوجي الدكتور علي، والإفراج الفوري غير المشروط عنه، وإسقاط جميع التهم الموجهة ضده. #الحرية_لعلي_المضواحي #متى_يرجع_بابا #FreedomForAliAlmudhwahi https://t.co/pffgb1uj8a https://t.co/lGNrDw0a13 https://t.co/0htlXFboW1
