تصريحات الوزيره الزوبه في جولتها الخليجيه تبدو كأنها خرجت من ماكينة نسخ قديمه نفس الكلام، نفس الشكوى، نفس الاستجداء كلام بلا عضلات تلويح بالمظلوميه لا اكثر .. تصريحاتها أساءت للشرعيه وبينت عجزها وترهلها : • غياب تحديد المسؤوليات التصريح يصف المشكله بأنها "فجوه بين الموقف السياسي وقدرته على تغيير السلوك" لكنه لا يحدد من المسؤول عن هذه الفجوه هل هي الشرعيه؟ التحالف؟ المجتمع الدولي؟ هذا يجعل الرساله عامه وغير قابله للقياس. • تضخيم البعد الإقليمي التركيز على أن أمن اليمن أصبح جزء من الأمن الإقليمي قد يكون صحيح لكنه يضعف الرساله الداخليه ما الذي ستفعله الحكومه اليمنيه نفسها؟ أين أدواتها؟ الخطاب يحمّل الخارج أكثر مما يحمّل الداخل. • غياب رؤيه للحل التصريح يشرح المشكله لكنه لا يقدم أي تصور عملي ما المطلوب؟ ما الخطوات؟ ما البدائل؟ هذا يجعل الخطاب توصيفي لا قيادي. • الحديث عن التخادم الإيراني الحوثي دون ذكر أدوات المواجهه الإشارة إلى "التخادم" صحيحه لكن غياب أي خطة لمواجهته يجعل التصريح أقرب إلى تشخيص إعلامي لا موقف سياسي فاعل. • تجاهل الانقسام داخل الشرعيه التصريح يحمّل الحوثيين وإيران مسؤولية عدم الاستقرار، لكنه يتجنب ذكر الانقسام داخل الشرعيه، ضعف المؤسسات، وتعدد مراكز القرار، وهي عوامل أساسيه في استمرار الأزمه. • التركيز على الخارج أكثر من الداخل رسائل الزوبه تبدو موجهه للمجتمع الدولي أكثر من كونها خطاب يعالج جذور المشكله داخل اليمن. جولات للتأكد من استمرار الإعانات لا اكثر … فعلا الشرعيه ترجم نفسها بنفسها ! ورئيس الوزراء @Shaya_Zindani متفرج ! https://t.co/1LJ5CnLXEW… https://t.co/SvYs5Xsnxs
