قبل أربع سنوات، جمّد علماء الجزائر عضويتهم في الاتحاد العالمي لعلماء المسلمين، لأنهم رأوا أن تصريحات رئيس الاتحاد آنذاك المغربي د أحمد الريسوني تمس بسيادة بلادهم، ولم يعودوا الى الاتحاد إلا بعد استقالة الرئيس. أما اليوم، وبعد التدوينة التي نشرها الرئيس الحالي للاتحاد د علي قره داغي، والتي رأى فيها المغاربة إساءةً كبيرة للمغرب وتبريراً لما وقع في المدينتين المغربيتين #سبتة و #مليلية الواقعتين تحت الاحتلال الإسباني، فلا يزال الصمت سيد الموقف. فهل كرامة #المغرب أقل شأناً؟ أم أن الدفاع عن الأوطان أصبح انتقائياً؟ أم أن ما كان يستوجب تجميد العضوية بالأمس لم يعد يستحق حتى بيان استنكار اليوم؟ أليس من حق المغاربة أن يطالبوا علماء المغرب بموقف يرقى إلى مستوى كرامة الوطن، تماماً كما فعل علماء الجزائر عندما تعلق الأمر ببلدهم؟

من أغرب المفارقات أن بعض الأصوات العربية اصطفت مع #إسبانيا ضد #المغرب في أزمة سبتة ومليلية، لا انطلاقاً من قراءة موضوعية للخلاف، ولا اقتناعاً بعدالة الموقف الإسباني، بل لأن أصحابها منحوا #مدريد حصانة أخلاقية بسبب مواقفها المؤيدة لقضية #فلسطين العادلة، واختزلوا المغرب كله في قرار دبلوماسي واحد هو تطبيع علاقاته مع إسرائيل. وهنا لست بوارد تبرير التطبيع أو الدفاع عنه، وإنما برفض تحويله إلى مبرر للوقوف ضد المغرب في كل القضايا. فالمغرب ليس الدولة العربية الوحيدة التي أقامت علاقات مع إسرائيل، ومع ذلك لا تُعامل الدول الأخرى بالعداء نفسه، ولا تُختزل صورتها بالكامل في هذا الملف. وبمنطق سطحي وغريب يقوم على معادلة "العقاب مقابل العقاب"، رأى بعض العرب أن معاقبة المغرب باصطفافهم مع إسبانيا أمرٌ مبرر بسبب التطبيع، وفي المقابل تبنّوا رواية تزعم أن الولايات المتحدة وإسرائيل تعاقبان إسبانيا بسبب اعترافها بالدولة الفلسطينية، وأن المغرب ليس سوى أداة لتنفيذ ذلك العقاب. وهكذا اختُزلت أزمة معقدة بين المغرب وإسبانيا، تحكمها اعتبارات تاريخية وسياسية واستراتيجية، في رواية انتقامية تتجاهل أن الدول تتحرك وفق مصالحها وحساباتها، لا بمنطق الثأر وردود الأفعال. على تلك الأصوات أن تعي أن وقوف إسبانيا مع فلسطين في مواجهة الاحتلال الإسرائيلي ليس لوجه فلسطين ولا يبرر الوقوف معها ضد المغرب في خلافه حول مدينتي #سبتة و #مليلية، المدينتين المغربيتين اللتين تحتلهما إسبانيا. فالاحتلال هو الاحتلال، ولا يستقيم أن نرفضه حين يكون إسرائيلياً ثم نتغاضى عنه حين يكون إسبانياً. فالاحتلال لا يصبح مشروعاً لمجرد أن المحتل أعلن تأييده لفلسطين.

بخصوص الجدل حول أغنية مجموعة فناير، أتفهم الغضب الشعبي في المغرب من عنوان «المروكية، لأن هذه الكلمة يستعملها المعادون ل #المغرب للإساءة إلى المرأة المغربية وتحقيرها والنيل منها. وأرى أنه كان على فناير أن تكون أكثر انتباهاً لهذه الحمولة قبل اختيار العنوان. وشخصياً، لا أتهم الفرقة بسوء النية، لكن حسن النية لا يلغي سوء التقدير. فإذا كان المقصود هو الاحتفاء بالمرأة المغربية، كما ورد في بيان المجموعة، فالكلمة التي أراها تليق بها هي: "مغربية" وكفى. وأتمنى من فناير مراجعة نفسها وتصحيح هذه الهفوة احتراماً لمشاعر جمهورها المغربي. أما بيان التوضيح، فلا أراه كافياً. تصحيح العنوان سيكون أبلغ من كل التبريرات.
