🚨 PERSECUCIÓN DE ESTADO🚨 Si el @INEMexico no garantiza derechos, menos garantizará la democracia. Por ejercer mi trabajo como abogada, defender a mi clienta y exponer ilegalidades en el @INEMexico, hoy me avientan todo el aparato penal del Estado. La @FGRMexico me acaba de notificar una denuncia penal con "medidas de protección" que son la nada jurídica: no dicen qué delito cometí, en qué consisten los supuestos "actos de intimidación", ni precisan la identidad de la persona denunciante. Me exigen no "molestar" a ciegas. Mi único "delito" fue publicar videos legítimos que exponen a funcionarios públicos violando derechos donde solicitaba que me actuaran conforme a Derecho. La velocidad inédita de la FGR para actuar solo se explica por el amedrentamiento del oficialismo. Si en México defender la ley y ejercer la abogacía es perseguido, estamos ante una tiranía.
