أخشى أن تتحول #منظومة_الترقية_الجديدة من حافز إلى مصدر قلق للموظف، الترقية جزء من مسار وظيفي يفترض أن يكون واضحًا ومعلومًا منذ البداية.. وربطها بتقييم "إجادة" التي تواجه عدم رضا من الموظفين، قد يزيد الشعور بعدم الرضى، نؤمن أن الجدارة مهمة لكن المسار الوظيفي الواضح والعدالة والثقة في أدوات التقييم أهم لضمان قبول المنظومة.

أول إصداراتي الروائية كانت في طريقها من الكويت إلى مسقط، لتكون حاضرة في معرض مسقط الدولي للكتاب، لكن الحرب اعترضتها، وكأنها قررت أن تختطف الحكاية قبل أن تصل، السفينة عالقة قبل مضيق هرمز، ويبدو أن البحر قرأ النص قبل القرّاء وعلم أنها تحكي جزءًا عن عبورٍ عبره، واحتفظ به قليلًا. هي رواية تحكي امتداد امرأة وبيتٍ ضاربٍ في التاريخ، ابنة تاجر القرنفل في زمنٍ كانت فيه زنجبار عاصمةً للعطر العُماني، وميناءً تتقاطع فيه سفن الهند وشرق أفريقيا… حفيدة شهيدٍ خطّ اغتياله صفحةً موجعةً من صفحات الكرامة، في زمنٍ كانت فيه التحولات السياسية تعصف بالبلاد، ويُختبر فيه الرجال بالمواقف… بيت قديم شهد مراحل من تاريخ وطن، أبوابه تعرف أسماء ساكنيه، وجدرانه تحفظ همس خطوات العابرين، بيتٌ عبر من زمن الإمبراطوريات البحرية إلى زمن الدولة الحديثة، ذاق الفقد، واحتمل الرحيل، من حرب الجبل إلى إنقلاب زنجبار شهد تبدل الخرائط والأعلام، ثم بقي واقفًا... كل الشكر لدار النشر والتوزيع الكويتية بوك لاند.

كلما اقتربت المنطقة من الاستقرار جاءت أزمة جديدة تعيدها إلى التوتر والنتيجة واحدة، وهي استنزاف الموارد وتعطيل التنمية وإشغال الشعوب بصراعات لا تنتهي… وفي المقابل تبدو الولايات المتحدة المستفيد الأكبر من بقاء الخليج والشرق الأوسط في حالة اضطراب دائم، فهي تبعد آلاف الأميال ولا تتحمل ما تتحمله شعوب المنطقة من خسائر بشرية واقتصادية ودفع فاتورة كل أزمة جديدة.

إذا صدقت الروايات في حادثة فلاي دبي، فلا يمكن قراءة ما حدث بعيدًا عن غزة، أمام مشاهد القتل والدمار وسقوط أكثر من 1400 مدني فلسطيني بعد وقف إطلاق النار، تتراكم مشاعر الغضب في المنطقة والعالم، لا أحد يستطيع أن يحسب كيف يستقبل كل إنسان هذه المشاهد أو إلى أين قد تقوده. إسرائيل لا يمكن أن تواصل صناعة العنف والإجرام ثم تتعامل مع الغضب الذي يخلفه وكأنه ولد من فراغ، والأغرب أنها تسوق نفسها للعالم كضحية!
