A typical post picks up 130 interactions against 734K followers, an engagement rate of 0.018%. Measured over 20 original posts, its engagement rate beats 41% of 3,791 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 23K times each, and 0.552% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 3.19% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.83 post a day over the last 30 days, with activity on roughly 63% of days. Most posts go out around 23:00 UTC, and Friday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 20 posts sampled, 100% carry an image or video and 5% are part of a thread. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 849 interactions, about 6.5x its own typical post. Compared with accounts its own size

Miesha Tate's engagement rate beats 41% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,791 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 8 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.

On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 37% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0.018%, Miesha Tate sits above the 25th percentile of the 36,654 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the below the median band, which runs 0.012% to 0.08%.

This account posts most often around 23:00 UTC, and Friday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

I keep thinking about something Cameron Diaz said, that aging is a privilege. Not everyone gets the chance to grow older. 39 gave me so much. My family, my health, a baby on the way, and another year to show up for the people in my life. 40 isn't something I'm bracing for. It's something I get to do. And I don't take that lightly. Grateful doesn't begin to cover it. #womenshealth #womeninfitness #mieshatate

Turning 40 and I keep coming back to one thing: not everyone gets this. Getting older isn't something to brace for. It's something I get to do, and that's not lost on me. My body isn't declining. It's adapting. That's not a downgrade, that's twenty years of learning what actually works. Grateful for every bit of it. #womenshealth #womeninfitness #mieshatate

At the time, I thought that was what strength looked like. Now I know better. It’s wild how often women are praised for things that quietly cost them their health. Not because we’re reckless, but because no one ever taught us to pay attention to how our bodies actually work. This isn’t about regret. It’s about finally having the information I didn’t have back then. Send it to someone who’s pushing hard but feels off. #WomensTraining #UFC #MMA #WomensPerformance

For most of my career I trained like more was always better. Harder, longer, heavier. It worked until it didn’t. Here’s what I had to unlearn. 1. Pushing through every single day. I thought rest was weakness. Rest is actually where your body gets stronger. I had to learn that the hard way. 2. Training the same way every week no matter what. Your body is not the same every day and it was never supposed to be. Fighting that reality cost me years. 3. Measuring every session by intensity. Output is not the only data point. How you recover, how you sleep, how you feel the next day all tells you more than how hard you went. 4. Ignoring what my body was telling me. I overrode signals for years because I thought that’s what discipline looked like. It wasn’t discipline. It was just noise. 5. Using a training model that was never built for me. Most programs were designed around male physiology. Once I started training with my body instead of against it, everything changed.

“Just push through it” sounds tough until you realize it’s ignoring data. There’s a difference between effort and misreading your body. Some days are built to push. Some days are built to adapt. That’s not weakness. That’s strategy. You don’t need more discipline. You need a system that actually fits your biology. #MieshaTate #WomensTraining #WomensHealth #UFC

Not every workout needs to be hard to count. Some days your body needs less intensity and more consistency. 💛 #womenshealth #womeninfitness #ufc https://t.co/KS0IgRnF4G

What is Miesha Tate's engagement rate on X?
Miesha Tate (@MieshaTate) has an engagement rate of 0.018%, based on the median interactions across 20 original posts from the last 30 days against 734,355 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
Is that a good engagement rate?
At 0.018%, Miesha Tate sits above the 25th percentile of the 36,654 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
Does @MieshaTate have real engagement?
Its engagement rate beats 41% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,791 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
When does @MieshaTate post?
Most posts go out around 23:00 UTC, and Friday is its busiest day, at roughly 0.83 posts per day across the measured window.
