A typical post picks up 448 interactions against 242K followers, an engagement rate of 0.185%. Measured over 18 original posts, its engagement rate beats 61% of 6,874 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 25K times each, and 1.76% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 10.5% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 1.4 post a day over the last 30 days, though only 30% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 16:00 UTC, and Monday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 18 posts sampled, 67% carry an image or video, 6% are part of a thread and 28% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 57K interactions, about 128x its own typical post.

Compared with accounts its own size

Michelle Dewberry's engagement rate beats 61% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (6,874 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 6 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.

On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 59% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0.185%, Michelle Dewberry sits above the 50th percentile of the 68,576 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the above the median band, which runs 0.1% to 0.5%.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

  • 28% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts.
  • Its average post runs 353 characters, which falls in the over 280 characters band. Across the catalog, posts over 280 characters run 15% above the same accounts' other posts.

These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

Portsmouth, UK: Going through the courts right now is a case of an Iraqi man who has been charged with raping a 14 year old boy + stalking offences. Last night the first boat arrived there. Locals & beyond reacted with fury & desperation. The illegal migrants were met with welcome packs. The British citizens were met with riot police; batons, shields and force. Among those present last night, I saw the sister of Rhiannon Skye Whyte, a vicar, mums/dads and even a gran in a kayak. Much of the media, many politicians & multiple commentators are falling over themselves today desperate to label these people “racist”, “far-right”, “thugs” etc. The people who attended last night are desperate. They are angry, frightened and at their wits end. They feel betrayed by the government(s), they want this to immediately stop. They’ve tried the democratic way & it’s failed. To all of you criticising….As you sit, in your comfortable chairs pointing and name-calling, while declaring “refugees are welcome here”, ask yourself this….How comfortable would you be if hundreds of these men ended up on your street, in HMOs next door to you, or if your child was raped by one, or if your child had to accommodate a grown man in their classroom pretending to be a child etc? I could weep when I see what’s happening and what politicians have done to this country. The victims in all of this, as usual, will be the working class, the ones most impacted by all of this. They are rising because it’s the only thing they have left to do, because everything else has failed. And to the politicians criticising, I say directly to them - how dare you. You have done this. You. You are eroding this country inch by inch, while getting the very same British people who have repeatedly voted against it, to pay for it. I personally worry where it will all end… 💔

Reader: An Islamist decided to ram a van into an event to deliberately try & kill people. Rather than condemn the rising scourge of radical Islam & its extremist followers… @KateOsborneMP decides to blame Reform UK and er, @GBNEWS I barely have words for how weak, pathetic & misguided this is. Yes Kate, we see a pattern emerging across Europe & it is this: We keep allowing people into our countries who literally hate us. We also allow people to be radicalised against us & demand ‘integration’ and ‘tolerance’ by the host, rather than expulsion. We are told to obediently mutter “diversity is our strength”, while anyone with a braincell can see that what’s actually happening, is our own culture & values are being eroded before our very eyes. I thank god for @GBNEWS for having the balls to speak the truth about this stuff. I am also grateful there are at least some political parties, like @reformparty_uk who seem to be one of the few who believe in secure borders. Reader: Don’t be like Kate.

I honestly can not comprehend the mindset of people like ‘caller Sam’. He thinks people on £100k+ should have a tax rate that is “more than 50%”. On what planet, can anyone think that a person should go to work and the state takes MORE of their wages, than the individual does?🤯 Beyond basic jealousy - Please…anyone…enlighten me as to why on earth that is fair, right or proper?🤷‍♀️ *btw yes, I understand marginal tax rates and tax traps. I am however specifically talking about the increasing of the 45% rate of tax. https://t.co/wEeUqSTqgx

I haven’t required a fiction book this holiday. I’m literally reading the Jason Arday stuff instead. It gets more bonkers by the day🤯 The updates re ‘locked in syndrome’ etc genuinely made me laugh out loud. If this Jason fella was a white working-class geeza down the pub, his mates would have named him ‘Jackanory’. Each time he returned from the bar; “Jack is back” would have echoed. People would have laughed at his tales & nobody would have taken him seriously. They would have applied a bucket of salt to anything he said. HOWEVER- Because Jason has black skin, he was instead put on a pedestal & worshipped. Promoted beyond his means by people & organisations who should have known better, but who couldn’t help but salivate at the opportunity to tick boxes and seem virtuous. Non would likely have questioned anything he said - They would have been busy congratulating themselves, thinking *they* were the superior ones. Looking down on anyone who dared raise questions… Critics & those questioning were smeared, ridiculed and even risked police prosecution. The word “Racist” was obviously thrown around like confetti. DEI is an utter disaster. This farce is a perfect example of why it is time for it to go in the bin. It should indeed be a turning point. Jason and his champions look very, very silly indeed. They should all be embarrassed and should learn from this…tho I suspect they won’t. … I await the next chapter in the tale eagerly, with a cocktail in hand.. 🍹 #HolidayReads https://t.co/Or6sMFfvi6

This monster, Alan MacPherson has become known as Scotland’s worst paedophile. He made millions of images of child sex abuse & was distributing them too. The majority were of the most serious category. The victims were as young as SEVEN. Scum Alan said the children were ‘consenting and willing’. He has just been jailed. His sentence? A pitiful 4 year jail term. We have a sickness in the U.K. We do not take the safety of children seriously enough. Paedophiles should be castrated & subject to significant jail sentences. 4 years is an insult to all of those lives he has destroyed. I hope his time in jail is hell on earth & I pray that one day, as a nation we finally treat this grotesque crime with the seriousness it deserves. https://t.co/LJdsTC6GTl

Reading these numbers

A typical post picks up 448 interactions against 242K followers, an engagement rate of 0.185%. Measured over 18 original posts, its engagement rate beats 61% of 6,874 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. What is Michelle Dewberry's engagement rate on X?
Michelle Dewberry (@MichelleDewbs) has an engagement rate of 0.185%, based on the median interactions across 18 original posts from the last 30 days against 242,175 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
Is that a good engagement rate?
At 0.185%, Michelle Dewberry sits above the 50th percentile of the 68,576 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
Does @MichelleDewbs have real engagement?
Its engagement rate beats 61% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (6,874 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
When does @MichelleDewbs post?
Most posts go out around 16:00 UTC, and Monday is its busiest day, at roughly 1.4 posts per day across the measured window.
