Instagram Ahmad Dhani Sama seperti Raffi Ahmad dan Nagita Slavina (benar ya nulisnya?), saya tidak nonton pernikahan anak Ahmad Dhani dan Maia Estianty (dua idola saya di waktu kuliah). Tapi apa yang ditulis Dhani di Instagram-nya saya baca, dan langsung teringat dengan salinan putusan pengadilan agama Jaksel yang dulu pernah beredar di Twitter (masih bernama itu, belum X). Saya ulas di sini karena cukup mengernyitkan dahi ketika membaca tulisan Dhani itu. "Kok, beda dengan yang saya baca dulu?" Saya urai sejauh bacaan saya, apakah "pengakuan" Dhani ini sesuai dengan fakta hukum 2008 atau tidak? (Disclaimer: ini putusan tingkat pertama [PA], bukan putusan kasasi MA. Untuk amar di banding atau kasasi, saya belum pegang berkasnya) 1. "Maia ditalak 3" Talak satu bain sughra, bukan talak tiga. Dan ini bukan Dhani yang menjatuhkan, melainkan putusan pengadilan atas gugatan cerai Maia. Dhani justru menolak perceraian. 2. "Maia selingkuh dengan pemilik TV swasta, diakui tertulis dan ditandatangani" Tidak ada di dokumen. Majelis menyatakan tegas (kutipan langsung): "...tidak ada yang mengarah kepada terjadinya nusyuz Penggugat kepada Tergugat." 3. Narasi "suami selingkuh dengan orang ketiga" disebut drama palsu Maia Tamara Geraldine bersaksi di bawah sumpah mendengar langsung pengakuan perempuan yang mengaku dinikahi siri Dhani, di rumah Melly Goeslaw, sekitar 2006. Menurut kesaksian Tamara, Dhani pernah mengirim SMS ke perempuan itu mengakui "memang enak punya dua isteri". Setelah pengakuan itu, Tamara menerima teror dari Dhani. Majelis tidak memutus sah-tidaknya nikah siri, tapi mencatat isu ini nyata-nyata memicu kehancuran rumah tangga. 4. "Laporan KDRT palsu" Maia melapor ke Polda Metro Jaya 20 April 2007 (bukti P.22). Tiga saksi di bawah sumpah (ayah, ibu, pembantu Maia) menerangkan: barang Maia dikeluarkan dari rumah, pakaian dikirim ke Surabaya, kamar dibongkar, lemari dijebol, baju dirobek, sepatu dibuang. Banyak hal terjadi saat Maia umrah. Dhani tidak membantah peristiwanya. Pengakuannya sendiri: itu cara "memberi pelajaran" karena Maia tidak menuruti perintahnya. Tidak ada temuan majelis bahwa laporan itu palsu. 5. "MA hanya mengabulkan permohonan cerai saja, hak asuh tidak dikabulkan" Putusan PA Jaksel mengabulkan: cerai (talak satu bain sughra), hak asuh tiga anak ke Maia sampai dewasa, Dhani wajib serahkan anak, nafkah anak Rp 7.500.000 per anak per bulan, sita marital atas tujuh aset sah, harta bersama dibagi dua. NB: HAK ASUH Oiya, ini tidak ada di Instragam, tapi ada di PA (bahkan saya juga kaget karena dulu gak baca sampai sana): Maia dituduh memakai narkoba oleh saksi-saksi yang dihadirkan Dhani. Awalnya Maia menggugat agar tiga anaknya (Al, El, dan Dul) ditetapkan dalam asuhannya. Dhani menolak keras dan menghadirkan sembilan saksi yang menggambarkan Maia tidak layak mengasuh. Salah satunya: Maia adalah pemakai narkoba. Beberapa saksi yang dihadirkan Dhani bahkan mengaku ikut memakai narkoba bersama Maia. Kemudian, Maia mengajukan hasil tes lab dari RS Azra Bogor dan RS Marzoeki Mahdi Bogor, dan keduanya membuktikan bahwa Maia negatif narkoba. Majelis menerima bukti ini. Maia juga dituduh mengabaikan anak. Namun Maia mengajukan 14 rapor sekolah anak (2006-2008) yang ditandatangani sendiri sebagai bukti keterlibatan. Plus, ijazah S1 FISIP UI sebagai bukti kapasitas mendidik. Amar putusan: hak asuh tiga anak ke Maia sampai dewasa. Dan Dhani dihukum menyerahkan anak, dan wajib memberi nafkah anak Rp 7.500.000 per anak per bulan. Saya akan lampirkan berkasnya di reply, silakan baca sendiri. Dan sila koreksi jika ada kekeliruan.

Gebrak Bayi dilakukan dengan cara memukulkan benda atau terkadang tangan kosong ke lantai/ tempat tidur di dekat posisi bayi hingga menimbulkan suara dentuman yang cukup keras. Tujuannya apasihh? Nah menurut masyarakat Jawa tradisi ini bermanfaat untuk: - melatih jantung dan mental (agar tidak kaget) -menghilangkan sifat lembek -dan dipercayai membantu pernafasan bayi TAPI TAPI TAPIIIIII Meskipun ini adalah tradisi turun-temurun, secara medis disarankan untuk sangat berhati-hati.
