"Üsküdar Belediyesi’nden işçi çıkarılıyor" haberleri var. İşin aslı nedir, ne değildir diye sordum soruşturdum. Öğrendiğime göre Sinem Dedetaş tutuklandıktan sonra onlarca kişi aceleyle işe alınmış. Son 1 yılda 100’ün üzerinde alım olduğu ve alınanların çoğunun beyaz yakalı tabir edilen yüksek maaşlı ve masa başı görevler olduğu söyleniyor. "İşçiler.. işçiler" diye ortalığı ayağa kaldıranlar böyle mi yapıyor? İkinci konu, Üsküdar CHP yönetimine geçtiğinde derhal 70 kişinin işten çıkarıldığı söyleniyor. Oysa, "Sinem Dedetaş döneminde hiç kimse işten çıkarılmadı" diye açıklama üzerine açıklama yapıyorlardı. Bunun doğru olmadığı ifade ediliyor. Dedetaş döneminde 70 kişi çıkarılırken buna karşılık yaklaşık 350 kişinin işe alındığı konuşuluyor. Böyle bir belediye için çok yüksek sayılar bunlar. Özellikle de "beyaz yakalı" alındığı söyleniyor. Temizlik gibi görevler için ise çalışanlar fazla mesai yapmalarına ve oralarda ihtiyaç olmasına rağmen bu dönemde ihtiyacı karşılayacak ölçüde işe alımlar olmamış. Bana aktarılanlara göre görünen o ki burada eş, dost, partili yüzlerce kişiye kıyak yapılmış görünüyor. Dedetaş döneminin işe alınanları hepsi masa başı yüksek maaşlı işler gibi duruyor. Aksini ispat ederlerse cevap hakkına riayet eder, onu da duyururuz. Bu noktada belediyenin borçlarını da konuşmak lazım. Üsküdar Belediyesi’nin maaşlarının nasıl borçla ödendiği ve bu borçların yine borçlarla kapatılmaya çalışılarak kısır bir döngüye girildiği herkesin dilinde. Birçok kaynağım Dedetaş'ın bu istihdam yöntemiyle belediyeyi yönetilemez hale getirdiğini söylüyor. Milletin ihtiyaçlarını esas alan, sokağa yansıyacak işleri yapacak kişilerin çalışabilmesini sağlamak için fazladan alınanların iş akitleri son bulacak mı? Öyle ya; işe girenler gerçekten çalışıyor mu? Bunu bile bilmiyoruz. Belediyeleri çiftlik gibi gören bu anlayışa son verip verimli, halka hizmeti önceleyen ve sürdürülebilir bir istihdam politikası yürütmek artık kaçınılmaz. Dedetaş'ın ekibinin, belediye yetkililerinin bu iddialara bir cevabı var mı? Benim öğrendiklerim bunlar. Bu bilgileri Üsküdar’da belediyeye yakın olan, ilçe siyasetinin içinde olan herkes konuşuyor. Bardak çoktan dolup taşmış. Bir belediye yetkilisi çıkıp da işe alımlar ve çıkarılanlarla ilgili net, şeffaf bir cevap verirse onu da yayınlarım. Ama anlatılanlar yenilir yutulur cinsten değil.
