Early reading. We have captured 3 original posts for this account, below the 8 we require before treating a median as settled. The numbers above describe what we have seen so far, not a finished profile of the account.

A typical post picks up 247 interactions against 573K followers, an engagement rate of 0.043%. Posts are seen about 15K times each, and 1.70% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 2.54% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.8 post a day over the last 30 days, though only 30% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 12:00 UTC, and Wednesday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 3 posts sampled, 100% carry an image or video, 33% are part of a thread and 33% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 4.5K interactions, about 8.0x its own typical post. Recurring topics include #25thanniversary, #breaking, #freematthewvandyke. Only 3 original posts have been captured so far, fewer than the 8 posts we want behind a median before treating it as settled. Read the figures above as an early measurement of this account, not as a finished profile of it.

This account posts most often around 12:00 UTC, and Wednesday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

An American veteran is dying in an Indian prison. Matthew VanDyke (@Matt_VanDyke)—founder of SOLI, who fought for freedom in Libya and Syria and supported Ukraine—has been on a hunger strike for 54 days in India's Tihar Prison. He was arrested in March alongside six Ukrainians on charges of terrorism and drone-related offenses. He suffered a leg injury in custody and has been denied proper medical care, medication, and contact with his family since mid-March. It appears India is acting on russian allegations. A man who fought against dictatorships and stood with Ukraine is now behind bars. This is not justice. It is political persecution. If you're American, this cannot be ignored. Raise your voice. Contact your elected officials. Demand action from the U.S. government. Share his story. Free Matthew VanDyke.

#FreeVanDyke! The result of the Delhi court hearing today regarding @Matt_VanDyke humanitarian application wasn’t approved by the Indian court! The superintendent of Tihar jail, who had previously met with the U.S. Embassy, failed to show up in court and instead sent a female representative who said: “They need more time.” Jail authorities get up to one week to decide! Matthew’s family will once again be in DC tomorrow July 9th, 2026 for a meeting regarding matthew’s humanitarian situation. “This is a humanitarian emergency for our family,” his mother said. “Matthew has spent his life documenting human suffering and supporting people in crisis. We are pleading for his safe return home.” The family demands that the U.S. government @POTUS immediately take diplomatic measures with the Indian government to bring #MatthewVanDyke back home!

🇺🇸🇷🇺 There's an update on U.S. Marine veteran Robert Gilman, who is reportedly near death in a Russian prison after 4 years. Marco Rubio is pushing hard for his release. The charges have always looked shaky, and the treatment reports are grim. Russia has freed several high-profile prisoners in recent months. The pattern is there. Gilman needs to be next.
