Early reading. We have captured 1 original post for this account, below the 8 we require before treating a median as settled. The numbers above describe what we have seen so far, not a finished profile of the account.

A typical post picks up 685 interactions against 345K followers, an engagement rate of 0.199%. Posts are seen about 88K times each, and 0.779% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 25.5% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.3 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 23% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 11:00 UTC, and Thursday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 1 posts sampled, 100% carry an image or video. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 4.5K interactions, about 6.6x its own typical post. Recurring topics include #democracy, #nbsfrontline. Only 1 original post have been captured so far, fewer than the 8 posts we want behind a median before treating it as settled. Read the figures above as an early measurement of this account, not as a finished profile of it.

This account posts most often around 11:00 UTC, and Thursday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

The arrest of former Lord Mayor @EriasLukwago is disturbing, but most worrying is the increasing use of the military in political and civic matters. This is unacceptable for it undermines the rule of law, and fuels fear and intimidation. #FreeEriasLukwago https://t.co/qL2PfBFMzw

What a pity, Hon. Hellen Nakimuli! The news of the passing of Hon. Hellen Nakimuli, hitherto the Kalangala Woman MP, is not only shocking but devastating. Young, energetic, and hardworking, with a zeal and determination to better the lives of the people of the Ssese Islands. Those of us who followed her during the time she served as a Community Development Officer (CDO) in Bukebe, Bufumira, and Mazinga sub-counties of Kalangala District saw a promising leader. When she started nursing ambitions of joining politics at the national level, we did not hesitate; we encouraged and supported her to join Parliament in 2021. She served in my cabinet as the Shadow Minister for Fisheries and was very outspoken on issues concerning fishing communities and safety on the lakes. She was peaceful and never acrimonious or vengeful. We thank the Almighty Lord for her life and the many talents she shared with us as a leader and a sportswoman. Deep commiserations to the family of Owek. Rev. Fr Christopher Walusimbi, her father; the Orthodox Faith that she professed; and the people of Ssese whom she served as MP. Eternal repose, Hellen.

I joined comrades at @PFFUganda to celebrate Dr @kizzabesigye1 70th birthday. From his prison cell at Luzira, Dr KB stands as an unwavering symbol of resistance, courage, and steadfast commitment to democratic ideals and the pursuit of national transformation. It was, therefore, not merely a celebration of his birthday, but of his enduring legacy, resilience, sacrifice, and longstanding dedication to the cause of a just and free Uganda.

The @democraticfr recognises the Government’s efforts to enhance community wellbeing through joint community cleaning initiatives. However, the programme comes as a directive from @R_Nabbanja without clear guidelines on exemptions or special circumstances, save for random incidents and choices at the choosing of the enforcers who are well known for taking arbitrary decisions. There is no doubt that public health, particularly the promotion of a clean environment, is paramount in providing guarantees for community wellbeing. However, we encourage Government to look beyond the immediate public attention and consider a more structured approach to community cleaning. In countries where similar initiatives have succeeded, such exercises are carefully planned, and often starts at 6:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m., not 10:00 a.m as the PM’s directive. The wisdom behind this is to minimise disruption to daily activities. Consideration must be given to church events such as weddings and other religious functions, cultural activities, traffic flow, and the general inconvenience that may arise. Community organisation and public participation cannot be achieved through abrupt directives; they require deliberate planning, consultation, and the involvement of key stakeholders. As the cleaning chaos begins, we urge Ms Robinah Nabbanja and her team to reflect on the implementation process and get her act together.
