Early reading. We have captured 4 original posts for this account, below the 8 we require before treating a median as settled. The numbers above describe what we have seen so far, not a finished profile of the account.

A typical post picks up 210 interactions against 5.3M followers, an engagement rate of 0.004%. Measured over 4 original posts, its engagement rate beats 87% of tracked accounts of a similar size. Comparing inside a size band matters here: engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly just re-measure the follower count. Posts are seen about 67K times each, and 0.314% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 1.28% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.13 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 10% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 02:00 UTC, and Sunday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 4 posts sampled, 75% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 22K interactions, about 104x its own typical post. Recurring topics include #books, #mmbookclub, #bookclubs. Only 4 original posts have been captured so far, fewer than the 8 posts we want behind a median before treating it as settled. Read the figures above as an early measurement of this account, not as a finished profile of it.

Compared with accounts its own size

Michael Moore's engagement rate beats 87% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count. A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0.004%, Michael Moore sits above the 10th percentile of the 36,261 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the bottom 25% band, which runs below 0.012%.

This account posts most often around 02:00 UTC, and Sunday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

I'm proud to endorse my friend, Dr. Abdul El-Sayed, as our next U.S. Senator from the State of Michigan. Abdul isn’t a career politician. He’s a public health leader who spent his life trying to heal people before he ever asked for their vote. He believes healthcare is a human right. He believes working people deserve the dignity of a living wage. He believes corporations shouldn’t be able to buy our Democracy. At a time when too many politicians are asking what is politically safe, Abdul is asking what is morally right. Went to see THE ENCAMPMENTS in NYC — it blew me away. One of the best docs I've seen in years. It's about the campus encampment movement last spring that ignited right here at Columbia University and spread like wildfire in campuses throughout the U.S. — with thousands upon thousands of students participating in our Democracy, in acts of civil disobedience, to stand against the GENOCIDE of the Palestinian people being funded with our tax dollars. As someone who has followed this historic student-led movement closely, this film completely transported me inside of it, right to the heart, a truly unprecedented look — made all the more heart-wrenching by seeing Mahmoud Khalil advocating for peace and justice for the Palestinian people knowing that one year later he will be UNJUSTLY kidnapped by ICE as a LEGAL GREEN CARD HOLDER and transported to a detention center in Louisiana — where he is still being held to this day! It's DESPICABLE and SHAMEFUL. If you can find a way to get to a theater to see THE ENCAMPMENTS — DO IT! It's a MUST-SEE. #theencampments @watermelon_pics

We need a people's media! Corporate media outlets have become mouthpieces for the ruling class. It's critical that we support independent journalists who are unafraid to disrupt the status quo so that we have access to truth. Carl Deal and Tia Lessin's new film follows independent journalist and Democracy Now! host Amy Goodman and her refusal to surrender to power. STEAL THIS STORY, PLEASE! is in theaters now. https://t.co/8awHb4Izr6

What is Michael Moore's engagement rate on X?
Michael Moore (@MMFlint) has an engagement rate of 0.004%, based on the median interactions across 4 original posts from the last 30 days against 5,252,388 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
Is that a good engagement rate?
At 0.004%, Michael Moore sits above the 10th percentile of the 36,261 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
Does @MMFlint have real engagement?
