A typical post picks up 118 interactions against 338K followers, an engagement rate of 0.035%. Measured over 19 original posts, its engagement rate beats 41% of 19,675 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 4.7K times each, and 2.52% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 1.39% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.63 post a day over the last 30 days, with activity on roughly 53% of days. Most posts go out around 15:00 UTC, and Thursday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 19 posts sampled, 84% carry an image or video and 37% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 21K interactions, about 175x its own typical post.

Compared with accounts its own size

Loretta Lynn's engagement rate beats 41% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (19,675 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 9 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.

On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 70% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0.035%, Loretta Lynn sits above the 25th percentile of the 197,509 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the below the median band, which runs 0.024% to 0.14%.

This account posts most often around 15:00 UTC, and Thursday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

  • 84% of this account's sampled posts carry an image or video. Across the catalog, posts with an image or video run 111% above the same accounts' other posts.
  • 37% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts.
  • Its average post runs 264 characters, which falls in the 180 - 280 characters band. Across the catalog, posts of 180 to 280 characters match the same accounts' other posts almost exactly.

These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

Our whole family is devastated to hear of Dolly’s passing. Dolly was an icon, a legend, a world unto herself. But even more, she was mom’s friend. She was her “mountain sister”. They understood each other. Our hearts go out to all of Dolly’s family and team. We take comfort in knowing the Honky Tonk Angels are together again and that one day, we will hear them live again. Sending our love, The Lynn Family

Last night marked the end of an era as @OfficialJackson performed his last concert and retired from touring. Our Mom loved Alan and thought so highly of him! The first time they met, she told him “You’re going to be one of the greatest singers in country music.” Mom was right. We love you, Alan!

Today would be Patsy Cline’s 94th birthday. Mom always said that she and Patsy made each other better and there are no truer words! Patsy’s friendship helped shape Mom’s career and we are forever grateful. We’re celebrating today by turning up some Patsy Cline! https://t.co/C6uJxgiQQJ

It’s hard to believe that Mom has been gone for 4 years. We miss her. Desperately. Her laugh, her antics, her love, her support. She was bigger than life to everyone and that includes us. She was Mom and she was Loretta! One of the beautiful things we’ve seen in the years since losing her is the way her fans have kept her music playing, how so many artists of every age continue to honor her and reflect her style in their own music, and how her story continues to resonate. Hers was an authentic story of coming up hard, loving through hardships and triumphs, and coming into her own as a songwriter and artist. We miss her, but today we choose gratitude—for all of you who are helping us keep her memory and legacy going strong. We miss you, Mom.

Mom would have been 94 today, but she never would have admitted it! It’s a strange day for us, because we should be with her, laughing, arguing, singing, and celebrating her. We miss her terribly but smile when we think of her. We loved her—even more than we could have ever realized before. As the most awarded woman in country music, her life was a gift to the genre and the fans. She’s worth celebrating. The day she was born was a great day for the music we love! We hope you crank it up all day long! Happy Birthday, Mom!

Our Mom and Alan Jackson had such a sweet friendship. They both loved to tell the story about the first time they met. Mom said he looked like a scared little boy practicing his songs backstage. She always followed that up by saying she knew he was going to be one of the greatest singers in country music and he hasn't let her down!

What a picture! In 1986, @DollyParton presented Loretta with the "Living Legend" award at the Music City News Awards. Dolly thanked Loretta for being a trailblazer and paving the way for other female artists. Another example of their lifelong friendship and admiration for each other!

Reading these numbers

What is Loretta Lynn's engagement rate on X?
Loretta Lynn (@LorettaLynn) has an engagement rate of 0.035%, based on the median interactions across 19 original posts from the last 30 days against 337,511 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
Is that a good engagement rate?
At 0.035%, Loretta Lynn sits above the 25th percentile of the 197,509 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
Does @LorettaLynn have real engagement?
Its engagement rate beats 41% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (19,675 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
When does @LorettaLynn post?
Most posts go out around 15:00 UTC, and Thursday is its busiest day, at roughly 0.63 posts per day across the measured window.
