Official Kenya Airways engagement report
@KenyaAirways - 907K followers on X
Measured over 56 original posts from a 30-day window, last computed on August 28, 2026.
Engagement
A typical post picks up 11 interactions against 907K followers, an engagement rate of 0.001%. Measured over 56 original posts, its engagement rate beats 13% of 3,862 tracked accounts of a similar size. That is a reason to look at how the audience behaves - reply depth, saves, whether the followers are recent - rather than a conclusion about it on its own. Posts are seen about 3.0K times each, and 0.364% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 0.333% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 2.1 posts a day over the last 30 days, with activity on roughly 57% of days. Most posts go out around 07:00 UTC, and Tuesday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 56 posts sampled, 91% carry an image or video and 57% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 280 interactions, about 25x its own typical post. Recurring topics include #theprideofafrica, #kqhy26, #kqxnameless.

Compared with accounts its own size
Official Kenya Airways's engagement rate beats 13% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,862 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 9 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.
On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 26% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.
Where this sits in the catalog
At 0.001%, Official Kenya Airways sits below the 10th percentile of the 37,350 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the bottom 25% band, which runs below 0.012%.

AI, INNOVATION AND SMART FARMING OFFER A GLIMPSE INTO THE FUTURE OF KENYA'S AGRICULTURE CS Sen. Mutahi Kagwe today engaged leading farmers in Trans Nzoia through visits to innovative farms, reaffirming the Government's commitment to keeping farmers at the centre of Kenya's agricultural transformation. The visits to Hydroponic Farm, Mt. Elgon Orchards, Lokitela Farm and Sirwo Farm showcased successful farming models built on innovation, mechanization, value addition and export-oriented production. While the farms visited have adopted different production approaches, the engagement also highlighted how emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and AI-powered drones are shaping the future of agriculture by enhancing crop monitoring, improving decision-making, increasing efficiency and strengthening precision farming. The tour further demonstrated how modern agricultural practices such as hydroponic farming, avocado seedling grafting, greenhouse technology, automated irrigation systems and modern post-harvest handling are helping farmers increase productivity while improving the quality and competitiveness of their produce. The engagement also underscored the enormous potential of agriculture in creating employment opportunities across farms, processing facilities, packaging plants, logistics networks and export value chains. The CS noted that strong partnerships between the Government and the private sector remain central to accelerating innovation, attracting investment and building a more productive, competitive and profitable agricultural sector. He further emphasized the importance of proper marketing and branding in positioning Kenyan agricultural products competitively in regional and international markets, noting that producing quality goods must be accompanied by deliberate efforts to build and promote the Kenyan agricultural brand. He assured farmers and processors of the Government's unwavering commitment to opening up new markets and strengthening existing ones to guarantee sustainable returns for their produce. He also recognized the strategic role of Kenya Airways and other airlines in facilitating the transportation of agricultural produce to international markets, noting that efficient air cargo services remain critical in supporting Kenya's export agenda. Also present was the Chairperson of @KenyaAirways, who is also a farmer, underscoring the growing collaboration between the agriculture and aviation sectors in advancing Kenya's agricultural transformation.

- What is Official Kenya Airways's engagement rate on X?
- Official Kenya Airways (@KenyaAirways) has an engagement rate of 0.001%, based on the median interactions across 56 original posts from the last 30 days against 907,173 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
- Is that a good engagement rate?
- At 0.001%, Official Kenya Airways sits below the 10th percentile of the 37,350 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
- Does @KenyaAirways have real engagement?
- Its engagement rate beats 13% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,862 accounts), which puts it in the bottom quarter for its size group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
- When does @KenyaAirways post?
- Most posts go out around 07:00 UTC, and Tuesday is its busiest day, at roughly 2.13 posts per day across the measured window.
