Kendra Lust® engagement report
@KendraLust - 1.6M followers on X
Measured over 24 original posts from a 30-day window, last computed on August 20, 2026.
Engagement
A typical post picks up 162 interactions against 1.6M followers, an engagement rate of 0.01%. Measured over 24 original posts, its engagement rate beats 38% of 1,003 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 53K times each, and 0.305% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 3.26% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 3.6 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 33% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 17:00 UTC, and Wednesday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 24 posts sampled, 46% carry an image or video, 13% are part of a thread and 46% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 3.7K interactions, about 23x its own typical post. Recurring topics include #philly, #tiktok, #lustarmy.

Compared with accounts its own size
Kendra Lust®'s engagement rate beats 38% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (1,003 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 7 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.
On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 24% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.
Where this sits in the catalog
At 0.01%, Kendra Lust® sits above the 25th percentile of the 9,981 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the below the median band, which runs 0.007% to 0.047%.

Posting timing
This account posts most often around 17:00 UTC, and Wednesday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Formats this account uses
Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.
| Format | This account | Catalog effect | 95% interval | Accounts behind it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Image or video | 46% of posts | +79% | +73% to +85% | 5.8K |
| Outbound link | 46% of posts | -49% | -50% to -47% | 6.1K |
| Typical length | - | -7% | -8% to -5% | 9.0K |
- 46% of this account's sampled posts carry an image or video. Across the catalog, posts with an image or video run 79% above the same accounts' other posts.
- 46% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 49% below the same accounts' other posts, so a large share of this account's output sits in the weakest bucket we measure.
- Its average post runs 95 characters, which falls in the 80 - 180 characters band. Across the catalog, posts of 80 to 180 characters run 7% below the same accounts' other posts.
These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

I already paid hundreds for the hotel... now I have to pay to park there too? 😅 Does anyone else think hotel guests should get free parking in Vegas? https://t.co/NwvrUq8qfj

I reached out to Gillian Robertson following Din Thomas’ comments and subsequent apology to get her thoughts on the situation. Here's what she had to say: "Prior to [Saturday's broadcast], I didn't see any sign of what was to be said. After the broadcast, he had said, 'I will address this in the morning,' followed by, 'Going live on [Deep Water's] in 15 minutes.' He did reach out to me privately at 5:00 PM and then sent a voice message apologizing around 7:30 PM, to which I have not responded due to comments he has made since the broadcast, privately, to my team that led me to believe there is not much weight in the apology, such as, 'Me doing that publicly was more so for TV purposes and ratings.' I don't think there's a conversation to be had. I'm good with everything. The people who sign my checks are cool. As for now, I regroup, take some time to heal, and I will be back in the gym as soon as possible on the same mission."

- What is Kendra Lust®'s engagement rate on X?
- Kendra Lust® (@KendraLust) has an engagement rate of 0.01%, based on the median interactions across 24 original posts from the last 30 days against 1,631,072 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
- Is that a good engagement rate?
- At 0.01%, Kendra Lust® sits above the 25th percentile of the 9,981 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
- Does @KendraLust have real engagement?
- Its engagement rate beats 38% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (1,003 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
- When does @KendraLust post?
- Most posts go out around 17:00 UTC, and Wednesday is its busiest day, at roughly 3.63 posts per day across the measured window.
