KCB Kenya engagement report
@KCBInKenya - 634K followers on X
Measured over 46 original posts from a 30-day window, last computed on August 26, 2026.
Engagement
A typical post picks up 10 interactions against 634K followers, an engagement rate of 0.002%. Measured over 46 original posts, its engagement rate beats 13% of 3,774 tracked accounts of a similar size. That is a reason to look at how the audience behaves - reply depth, saves, whether the followers are recent - rather than a conclusion about it on its own. Posts are seen about 3.1K times each, and 0.306% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 0.49% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 1.9 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 40% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 04:00 UTC, and Sunday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 46 posts sampled, 89% carry an image or video, 7% are part of a thread and 17% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 783 interactions, about 78x its own typical post. Recurring topics include #forpeopleforbetter, #lionheartedrugby, #patakwako.

Compared with accounts its own size
KCB Kenya's engagement rate beats 13% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,774 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 8 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.
On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 24% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.
Where this sits in the catalog
At 0.002%, KCB Kenya sits above the 10th percentile of the 36,654 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the bottom 25% band, which runs below 0.012%.

Posting timing
This account posts most often around 04:00 UTC, and Sunday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

The numbers tell the story, and what a story it is! A nail-biting 14-12 win over Strathmore Leos in the final, and just like that, the Bankers walk away with the Kabeberi 7s title. Again. That's 5 times since 2022. Let that sink in. π The weekend also moves KCB Rugby to the top of the National 7s Circuit, with a current standing of 57 points, after a massive 22 points collected right here at RFUEA. And to top it all off? Our very own Richel Wangila walks away with the MVP Award. π This is what Lionhearted looks like. #KCBRugby #KCBNiYetu #LionheartedRugby

DAY 1 DONE. POOL D SWEPT. β Three games. Three wins. The Bankers showed up at Kabeberi 7s and left no doubt β not even Kabras Sugar could slow them down. The hunt has been real from the first whistle, and now it gets serious. Day 2 calls. The Bankers face KU Blak Blad in the Quarterfinals at 10:40 AM at RFUEA Grounds β and a spot in the semis is on the line. Lionhearted fans, today is the day we need you most. On behalf of the KCB family, we are deeply saddened by the untimely passing on of Hawi Kaloki, an exceptionally gifted young chess player whose talent, dedication and achievements brought great pride to KCB and the country at large. Hawi was the Kenya Under-18 Champion in 2025 and the National Junior Champion Under-21 in 2024. Notably, he was a two-time winner of the Victoria East Africa Chess Tournament, claiming the title in both 2024 and 2025 and played a pivotal role in KCBβs success in the Premier League Chess League, where his outstanding performance earned him the MVP award in 2025. Though his life has tragically come to an end, his remarkable achievements and the inspiration he offered to fellow players and the wider chess community will endure. As we continue to remember his legacy, we pray that the Lord grants his family and friends strength, comfort and peace as they come to terms with this profound loss. May Hawiβs soul rest in eternal peace and perpetual light shine upon him. #ForPeopleForBetter

- What is KCB Kenya's engagement rate on X?
- KCB Kenya (@KCBInKenya) has an engagement rate of 0.002%, based on the median interactions across 46 original posts from the last 30 days against 633,736 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
- Is that a good engagement rate?
- At 0.002%, KCB Kenya sits above the 10th percentile of the 36,654 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
- Does @KCBInKenya have real engagement?
- Its engagement rate beats 13% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,774 accounts), which puts it in the bottom quarter for its size group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
- When does @KCBInKenya post?
- Most posts go out around 04:00 UTC, and Sunday is its busiest day, at roughly 1.87 posts per day across the measured window.
