John A. A. Logan engagement report
@JohnAALogan - 63K followers on X
Measured over 5 original posts from a 30-day window, last computed on September 25, 2026.
Engagement
Early reading. We have captured 5 original posts for this account, below the 8 we require before treating a median as settled. The numbers above describe what we have seen so far, not a finished profile of the account.
A typical post picks up 2.1K interactions against 63K followers, an engagement rate of 3.32%. Posts are seen about 181K times each, and 1.16% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 286.7% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 1.6 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 13% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 16:00 UTC, and Wednesday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 5 posts sampled, 60% carry an image or video and 20% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 6.0K interactions, about 2.9x its own typical post. Only 5 original posts have been captured so far, fewer than the 8 posts we want behind a median before treating it as settled. Read the figures above as an early measurement of this account, not as a finished profile of it.

Posting timing
This account posts most often around 16:00 UTC, and Wednesday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Formats this account uses
Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.
| Format | This account | Catalog effect | 95% interval | Accounts behind it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Image or video | 60% of posts | +111% | +108% to +115% | 34K |
| Outbound link | 20% of posts | -41% | -42% to -40% | 32K |
| Typical length | - | +15% | +14% to +16% | 32K |
- 60% of this account's sampled posts carry an image or video. Across the catalog, posts with an image or video run 111% above the same accounts' other posts.
- 20% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts.
- Its average post runs 485 characters, which falls in the over 280 characters band. Across the catalog, posts over 280 characters run 15% above the same accounts' other posts.
These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

Lidl has put peas in the beef and written High Protein on the front. The pea is hidden in a little black box, in a font you need a suspicious nature to read. It isn't a pea. It's the beige powder left after yellow split peas are milled and soaked in alkali. Vegan shakes are made from it. It tastes of a wet cupboard and it costs a fraction of mince. It's short of methionine. Beef isn't. So the 37g on the front is a bigger number doing a smaller job. The cow spent 2 years turning plants into beef. Lidl has put the plants back in. They took the fat out too. The flavour, the vitamins and the fullness left before the pea arrived. Food removed, crop added, and the word for that is High. Nobody in a gym has ever read past High. The reason isn't hidden. Lidl promised a quarter of its protein would be plant based by 2030. The meat-free aisle went grey. So the peas are going into the beef, where the customers are. In Holland the same mince is already 40% pea. Britain hasn't been told its number. Tesco printed Meat & Veg on the box in 2019. Dead in a year. Lidl moved the veg to the back. Buy the ugly 20% mince with one ingredient. The animal already ate the peas.

Real-world politicians, military leaders and intelligence experts take part in a simulated scenario responding to a Russian attack on UK soil. As the gripping @skytv series reaches a harrowing conclusion tonight, I’ll host a debate with the entire cast (including “PM” Michael Gove and his “deputy” @NicolaSturgeon ) and a live audience. I’ll speak to the real defence secretary @wesstreeting and ask if the UK has the readiness, resilience and resolve for a potential war. Watch The Wargame: Aftermath on Sky One and Now TV at 10pm. #tv #defence #russia #war

Draconian anti-car policies are also delaying buses. Indeed they're now so slow it's often quicker to walk in parts of London. The "elite" agenda is to restrict travel and mobility full stop, not just motoring. https://t.co/W7CoA3LMpB
