Jessica Northey-Shaw engagement report
@JessicaNorthey - 281K followers on X
Measured over 5 original posts from a 30-day window, last computed on September 21, 2026.
Engagement
Early reading. We have captured 5 original posts for this account, below the 8 we require before treating a median as settled. The numbers above describe what we have seen so far, not a finished profile of the account.
A typical post picks up 7 interactions against 281K followers, an engagement rate of 0.003%. Posts are seen about 646 times each, and 1.08% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 0.23% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.27 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 20% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 14:00 UTC, and Tuesday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 5 posts sampled, 80% carry an image or video and 60% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 3.2K interactions, about 450x its own typical post. Only 5 original posts have been captured so far, fewer than the 8 posts we want behind a median before treating it as settled. Read the figures above as an early measurement of this account, not as a finished profile of it.

Posting timing
This account posts most often around 14:00 UTC, and Tuesday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Formats this account uses
Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.
| Format | This account | Catalog effect | 95% interval | Accounts behind it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Image or video | 80% of posts | +111% | +108% to +115% | 34K |
| Outbound link | 60% of posts | -41% | -42% to -40% | 32K |
| Typical length | - | +15% | +14% to +16% | 32K |
- 80% of this account's sampled posts carry an image or video. Across the catalog, posts with an image or video run 111% above the same accounts' other posts.
- 60% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts, so a large share of this account's output sits in the weakest bucket we measure.
- Its average post runs 537 characters, which falls in the over 280 characters band. Across the catalog, posts over 280 characters run 15% above the same accounts' other posts.
These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

Sitting here watching "Remembering 9/11: 25 Years Later", and they’re reading the names of people who died that day. Name after name after name...and it’s just so incredibly sad. You start thinking about how every one of those names was a someone...a somebody with a whole life. A person who just went to work that morning, got on a plane, had people waiting for them to come home. Husbands, Wives, Moms, Dads, Sons, Daughters, Friends...somebody’s person/s. 🫶 Then there's all the people who lost their lives trying to help somebody else. Firefighters & first responders who went in while everyone else was trying to get out. The coworkers and complete strangers who stayed behind, helped/carried/comforted others, just doing the very best they possibly could in a situation no human being could ever have been prepared for. That part is so heartbreaking, and moving at same time - in the middle of something so horrific, there were still people looking around to see who needed help. 25 years later, hearing the names out loud...it’s grounding. So many lives, so many families, so much loss...and also so much courage and humanity in the middle of it all. 🕯️ And it probably sounds cliché until you're sitting here listening to name after name...but tell YOUR people you love them. Don’t wait. Don’t waste the moments you do get with people you love. You really just never know when the last time you see someone is going to be. May we never forget any of them. 🇺🇸 #NeverForget #AlwaysRemember #September11

This one was pretty cathartic for me. Writing has a way of showing me where I’ve changed, and sometimes I don’t realize I’ve worked something out until I finish the piece. The Envy Audit starts with jealousy, but that’s really only the doorway. The Envy Audit: https://t.co/SvTS1bp90W

Have you ever given something to God…and then taken it right back? Yeah. Me too. Apparently surrender can come with claw marks.....I’ve been thinking a lot about what healing actually looks like when you’re still in the middle of it—and whether those little “Okay, God. I hear You” moments might be telling us more than we realize. This one is for EVERYONE struggling with ANYTHING. Indeed!

While I was writing this blog post, something kind of unexpected happened... **it started writing me. **Things began connecting in ways I hadn’t planned, and somewhere along the way I realized I wasn’t just writing about healing. I could actually feel some of it happening while I wrote. That was a pretty powerful experience!! So this one is about **chasing approval**... trying to earn your place, changing pieces of yourself hoping somebody will choose you, love you, accept you, or finally decide you’re enough. If you’ve ever done that, you might recognize yourself somewhere in this one too. **Chasing Approval** is up now. https://t.co/s7oT5fx053

I started writing this a few weeks ago and somehow ended up with a manifesto. 😂 The point: stop telling people how they should feel about their own face and body. Stop shaming insecurity. Stop disguising judgment as concern. Sometimes the thing that bothers us about someone else says more about us than them. You Can Love Yourself and Still Want Botox. https://t.co/gVHOCJL13u
